Monthly Rentals in El Mirador

100% Recommended. Don't think about it and book it now! It's my first time in AirBnb and both Lola and the flat have let me goof, exceeded my expectations. We coincide with my friends and I that the apartment is much better than in the photos and in the photos it is beautiful. As for Lola, she was very kind and was careful that we didn't miss anything in everything we were in her apartment. If we go back to Murcia, we will definitely rent this Airbnb again.😁

Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

Friendly communication with the host. Apartment exactly as shown in the pictures. 3 minutes walk to the beach. Easy check in and out. Highly recommended!
