Exactly as described. Very good residential neighborhood. Easily accessible. Quiet. Free parking in front of the building. Apartment functional. Very, very clean. Great value for the money.

I felt right at home in Nidhal’s apartment. I stayed for over a month and it was a hard place to leave. It was spacious and had a beautiful view, and all of the things you need for a long term stay in Tunisia. Location is private but surrounded by tons of restaurants, cafes and a grocery store. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the apartment was just perfect! The place was spotlessly, modernly furnished and equipped with everything we needed. The location is quiet yet central, ideal for excursions and relaxation. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and gave us great tips for the area. The communication went smoothly and quickly. We had a great stay at this apartment. It was simple, but practical. The host was very responsive with anything we needed and spoke great English. The living room lights did not work during our stay, but we truly have no complaints since everything else about our stay was perfect. The local shop owners were also very friendly to foreigners!
