Great site to vacation in Gijón. We were greeted at the door of the building by Ángeles, who went up with us and showed us the floor. The lady is super friendly and cordial. The apartment was spotless, not a speck of dust throughout the house. Two large bedrooms with comfy beds and spacious closets. Two superlym bathrooms, a living/dining room with large TV and a kitchen with everything you need. The major, a terrace with direct access from all the rooms, ideal for both breakfast in the morning and for a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is located two minutes from the beach of Poniente, 10 minutes from the port and 15 from the San Lorenzo beach. There are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes, the Aquarium and even a spa, all within walking distance. It's our first Airb&b floor experience and it couldn't have been more satisfying. Thank you very much Jessica and Ángeles (beach towels were all a detail)

Excellent place to spend a few days in Gijón, very close to the beach, well located. Loly is an excellent host, we maintained good communication, gave us recommendations to leave and allowed us to enter before the scheduled time, even gave us a present for having stayed there :) Undoubtedly a good place to spend a few days in the city, communication with a person is appreciated so it offers a good place to stop an end or on vacation.

We had a great stay! The apartment is beautiful, well located and just the right size for 2. We stayed for the weekend and wish we would have stayed longer. It was easy to walk to everything and lots of great restaurants near by. We hope to return soon.

The apartment was spotless, there is everything, sheets and towels, super well decorated, everything new, it's next to downtown, we left the car in the parking lot and did everything on foot. Everything was perfect

my experience in LaMiCasina was impressive, both for the beauty of the accommodation and the environment,you have several restaurants in the supermarket area, etc., and to say about Marta, a charming, friendly and attentive person the last detail, she welcomed us with a bottle of cider, apart from breakfast, etc... she gave us information about everything, restaurants, places of interest to visit, total time flexibility, she took with us wonderfully in every aspect, the house, is a piece of heaven on earth, clean, cared for, take a swim in the sea or wake up having those views, which is true to see it, we will return without hesitation, we love Asturias and its people, it was an unforgettable weekend, thank you for everything Marta 😊 an embrace

Beautiful view of the beach and lots of tranquility to enjoy a well-deserved rest. The accommodation is taken care of and offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay and is located in a very good and well-connected area Ana and María Luisa are exceptionally kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. This little home is perfect for a couple's trip. It has everything you need for a few days of disconnection and quiet. Perfectly conditioned and in a great location,close to the beach of Rodiles and Villaviciosa,where you can go for a walk ,dine or have a few beers. Mercedes has been an amazing host,very vigilant that everything was fine and that we were comfortable. We mean it for future trips!

It was a great experience, sole was super friendly and helpful at all times. She gave us a bunch of recommendations on places to visit and eat. The house was spotless, with a lot more utensils and toiletries of what we would have thought of upon entering. The house is super quiet and is described as in the photos. The backyard, a plus. The days that time has wasted we have enjoyed it to the fullest! Fully recommended, we will definitely be back.

Everything was a 10!! Great and very attentive hosts. They even waited for me with the food because they took into account that at the time I arrived it wasn't going to be easy to find a place to eat, and everything was delicious. The house is as described and shown in the photos, that is, impeccable. Highly recommended and I would repeat if I needed to return to the area. A plus, private parking.

This was our second stay at this property and I can’t say enough great things about it. The hosts are responsive, flexible and extremely helpful. The property is clean, located in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything and easily walkable, and the view can’t be beat. If you are planning a trip to Luanco, this is definitely the place for you. With property close to the beach, the private parking was a life saver and you can easily walk anywhere in town from home. Worth every penny

We can't be happier after the time spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely , always attentive . The apartment is a paradise , with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more , and super clean ! It's a 10 out of 10 , you can't ask for more . The arrival was super good , we had super good welcome just arrived with recommendations etc and when we go the same , super good treatment . The location is just perfect , exactly what we needed. A lot of peace , lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back . We fell in love with the site, and we encourage you to book your stay with Alicia because you are going to be 100% delighted. Our stay in luanco has been great. The apartment is comfortable, it has everything you need. The location is perfect, it is very close to the beach, which by the way is great and is equipped with all services, close to bars and restaurants and just below there is a park for the little ones, quite large. Patricia, her treatment, lovely, very attentive to help us in everything. As an observation, just check the temperature regulation of the faucets and I would consider replacing the mattress. In general the apartment is very good and is definitely totally recommended, along with Luanco

beach front line accommodation, a little old but well cared for and with everything you need to spend a very pleasant stay. The hosts left us milk, a typical Asturian sweet, some cocacolas , detergent, gel,...even 4 freshly purchased beach towels. Small details that make the arrival more relaxed and there is no trip to the super. The great location, on the beachfront and away from traffic and noise. Ideal for a quiet family stay. Highly recommended.
