Lovely apartment near central Gijón. Top marks for style, quality and comfort. Highly recommended.

Great site to vacation in Gijón. We were greeted at the door of the building by Ángeles, who went up with us and showed us the floor. The lady is super friendly and cordial. The apartment was spotless, not a speck of dust throughout the house. Two large bedrooms with comfy beds and spacious closets. Two superlym bathrooms, a living/dining room with large TV and a kitchen with everything you need. The major, a terrace with direct access from all the rooms, ideal for both breakfast in the morning and for a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is located two minutes from the beach of Poniente, 10 minutes from the port and 15 from the San Lorenzo beach. There are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes, the Aquarium and even a spa, all within walking distance. It's our first Airb&b floor experience and it couldn't have been more satisfying. Thank you very much Jessica and Ángeles (beach towels were all a detail)

Oviedo is a beautiful city, and this is a wonderful place in a great location. I would definitely stay here again

After meeting us at the station our host, Maria Jose accompanied us on the short walk to her place. She pointed out places relevant to make our month stay comfortable. Town center was very close as well as grocery stores and shops. Would definitely stay there again.

Raquel is very attentive, good communication. The stay was very pleasant, the apartment was very comfortable, clean and tidy, very complete with all the necessary amenities and more, we would repeat.

David is an excellent host. We arrived later than the agreed time and not only did he NOT have any problems, but he offered us all the amenities in the world. At check-out, since I didn't have any pending check-ins, he offered to let us leave at any time we wanted. He was always available and answered messages very quickly. He advised us on places to visit and places to eat. The apartment is great, everything too. I recommend it!

We spent a month in Ivan's apartment and we really enjoyed it. Firstly, it's convenience - it has an underground parking place (a bit small for a larger car but it's how it is in most of Spain), it has a proper desk and an office chair for work, the internet was reliable and we found everything needed to cook, organise our stuff, etc. Its location is great, especially if you have a dog. There is a park a few steps away, another park 15 minutes away, the beach is 25 minutes walking. There are at least a few groceries shops nearby. The apartment itself was clean, nicely organised and decorated, we felt like at home. Ivan was friendly and responsive, provided some tips and recommendations. I'd highly recommend this place.

My stay in Oviedo was nothing short of exceptional. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my entire visit, always ensuring I had everything I needed. The house itself was superb, offering a level of comfort that made me feel right at home. From the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful amenities, every detail was carefully curated to enhance my experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oviedo for a truly memorable stay.

Excellent, as always. And Consuelo is a great person, and always available. It's our second year, and I hope to keep repeating in the future. For us to go to the house of Consuelo is to be in an oasis, for the location and for the tranquility of the area. Apart from it being very special for us to meet their dogs, which are wonderful.

The house is very good, with everything you need to have a great vacation. We loved the house as well as the location, quiet area,no noise. Important note is that there is no problem parking the car. We will repeat on next visits to Villaviciosa.

A very nice casita, well cleaned in the middle of nature. Close to Oviedo Y Gijón, very good location and excellent service both for Andres and her mother who took care of us when we arrived. I would definitely repeat.

We stayed 2 nights and everything was perfect. Very friendly and the house could not be better.

Casa Paci loved it, I went with friends to spend the weekend of grill and disconnection. The house has everything you need, it is super clean and is a very quiet place. It offers linens, towels, kitchenware. It is in a high area so it has nice views. We used the fireplace and grill and were very comfortable! The owner was always attentive to what we need, she was very kind! Definitely to repeat!👌👌❤️

Stayed here on a visit to see my daughter. Four of us stayed and it was perfect for us. Great outside space to enjoy the sunshine. Nadia was always friendly and accommodating.

We can't be happier after the time spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely , always attentive . The apartment is a paradise , with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more , and super clean ! It's a 10 out of 10 , you can't ask for more . The arrival was super good , we had super good welcome just arrived with recommendations etc and when we go the same , super good treatment . The location is just perfect , exactly what we needed. A lot of peace , lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back . We fell in love with the site, and we encourage you to book your stay with Alicia because you are going to be 100% delighted. Well located,close to the village and well connected to other places of interest( bowls, lastres, gijon,etc...)Having private parking made it easy for us to move. The house was very clean and basic things are appreciated in the kitchen and bathroom. I even leave milk and cookies. Our dogs really enjoyed the surroundings and we really enjoyed the terrace with beautiful views. We will definitely repeat.

We were very good. The description fits what we found. Both Mario and Lili were very nice and a charm. Sitio recommendedado. We were very pleased!

The apartment was super good and clean. God, I like to sleep there. Liliana is a delight, from the moment of confirming the reservation until checkout. We had the crib ready for the baby and the sofacama, gave us directions and recommendations for meals, and went out of his way to take care of us. The place was very quiet, but very close by car to town and beaches. Liliana's puppies are very calm and affectionate. 100% recommended.

Alicia is a great host, she helped us a lot and was super attentive with some personal difficulties we had, nothing to do with the accommodation that is exceptional, clean and very careful, with a wonderful location. Thank you very much Alicia! We look forward to continuing this experience soon 💚🌿

The house of the swamp is highly recommended. It is very clean, it has everything you need, with very comfortable beds, the garden is very good with barbecue and outdoor tables. Iris is always attentive for your comfort and needs. It is very centrally located to enjoy Asturias, q as always never disappoint

Excellent family stay in Avilés. the apartment is super well located in the city center with a very pleasant patio. very good communication with Monica who gives very good advice for visits and for gastronomy. we highly recommend this place.
