Family-friendly vacation rentals in El Llano, Gijón

Nuria is very nice, good reception and advising places to eat. The house was very clean, just as it is in the pictures.

We were warmly welcomed by Maria and Jose. The house has a beautiful location, on a hill with a fantastic view over the valley! It is very spacious: 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, a very spacious living room and kitchen. The garden is very big and you have lots of places to sit. There is a covered terrace under the "horreo" where it was delicious breakfast. There is a swimming pool in the garden that has a table and sun loungers. The covered terrace by the living room was perfect to end the day. Maria and Jose live in the adjacent house but really respect your privacy. We got good tips for trips and our chats were always cozy and pleasant. Their dogs Zar and Leo were sweet. It was easy to do laundry. In Vega, the village nearby, you will find a supermarket, cafes and you can eat something. Gijón is 20 minutes. The coast is beautiful with so many beaches, in combination with the green hills. Our stay was fantastic! We recommend it! Thank you dear Maria and Jose!

You feel at home first. Maria the hostess's treatment is second to none, there is no lack of a detail in the house, the environment is wonderful. Everything goes out perfect, thank you for everything Maria. We would definitely do it again.

Apparently very nice, very well equipped with a central but quiet location. Jose Manuel speaks very good French and English. He is friendly, welcoming and responsive. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Love love love the place. It was beyond our expectations. The view was amazinggg, couldn't have enough of it. Host was so kind and was available when ever we needed Public transport was good too just 7 minutes walk to the bus stop and bus goes straight to the oviedo centre. Thank you so much for everything once again :)

The house is wonderful and is in an idyllic location. They took us very well and went out of their way to make things easier for us. The house was in perfect condition, very clean and had everything. We would come back for sure.

Lovely place - almost in the center. The sights are a 10-minute walk away. Bars and restaurants are on the next street. Supermarket. Shopping malls. Chinese store. Lovely apartment with large open terrace. There is a free parking space within a five-minute walk. Nearby underground parking is available for 9 euros per day.

It was very attentive, the house was clean and squared perfectly with the photos. It was very friendly.

Yolanda is a consummate host! She met us - jetlagged and frankly a bit of a mess - with a warm smile, a friendly voice (in English) and the keys to our home for more than a month. The apartment was perfect for us - cozy and nicely appointed. This was "home base" while we searched for a more permanent home to satisfy our visa requirements. It was perfectly situated to explore centro Oviedo and quiet and comfortable for two. The mark of excellence is not perfection but responsiveness when it isn't. We had a small problem with a window which she addressed immediately and without fanfare. Never hesitate to stay in Yolanda's apartment!

This is a very comfortable country house in a quiet area, but close to roads and a sort drive to Oviedo. The host is wonderful ~ very accommodating and helpful. She dhelped us out a lot when we had some Amazon deliveries go astray. The house is exceptionally clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay

This was a good place to stay for our first trip to Oviedo. Right in town with easy walking access to restaurants, parks, events and train and bus connections. A bit noisy on the weekends, but that is to be expected in a tourist area.

Our stay at this home was excellent. The location is ideal, which allowed us to get around easily. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, which made our experience even better. In addition, communication with the host was quick and smooth, always ready to help. Definitely a highly recommended place and one we would definitely return to.

We had a fabulous weekend in a great house Perfect for being with family or friends is cold or summer. If you want to disconnect from the city, it's a great place. Thanks to Sandra and Germán for making everything easier for us.

It was excellent in every aspect, we did not know Gijón and Marta's advice and kindness was very helpful. The apartment was very nice and cozy. We'll be back for sure, the city and its lovely people. Highly recommended

Ricardo's place always a success. We have been taking his house for 7 years, for all it offers, and then how well located it is. I would 100% recommend it and we will continue to count on it, whenever possible. A pleasure Ricardo, next year we are already more children than adults 🥰😜

Excellent accommodation and host service. The cleaners A charm and the cleanliness of 10. The apartment is very cozy, quiet and with access to all services. An ideal for enjoying a few days and refreshing energy. The hostess's proposals about places and restaurants of 10. We would be glad to come back, we hope it is very soon.

Beautiful house with bags of character and original details, whilst also being very comfortable and well laid out. Lots of space and lots of bits to enjoy. We spent a great week there. Highlight is the BBQ - a really fun way to cook and much more than a usual BBQ. Location is near a small sized town with everything you'll need. It's not a tourist town, but that has it's own charm. Nearby Gijon is a great seaside town. Leon which is about 1.2 hours away is an amazing historic place. The scenery around the area is stunning. Green, hilly and beautiful. Not how you would imagine the Spanish landscape.

We had a great stay. Carmen is super friendly and helpful. Their garden/back yard is the most beautiful of any house I have ever been to.

The stay at this house turned out to be excellent! A very spacious house with beautiful ocean view and a huge garden. The house was very clean and well arranged and the homemade majisima too!
