Apartment vacation rentals in El Arenal

Maria Jose and her husband were very nice, they helped us with an umbrella and find a parking lot at the time of arrival. The place is nice, the kitchen is very complete. For being winter we couldn't be much outside but the patio is big and looks nice.

Delighted with our stay at Andréa's. The explanations about the accommodation are detailed and clear. The apartment matches the photos, clean, functional, comfortable bedding and especially close to the metro and bus line. We were able to do everything on foot, it was great. (Visit to Madrid but also 3 other cities Toledo, Segovia, and Aranjuez which are quickly accessible by train) Andréa was responsive to our requests, always available quickly to respond to us and give us advice. The place is very nice and comfortable, as indicated in the description, as well as centrally located. Without a doubt, if we visit Guadarrama on another occasion we will try to book it again.

Large, modern and bright home with very good views of Madrid and the mountains behind. Balcony all around! We used public transportation, and you have to expect 45-50 minutes of transportation into the city center. But we were prepared for that! However, when we discovered how cheap and fast it is with an Uber car, that became our preferred solution for the evening home trips, being tired and just want to go home and to bed!😴

This apartment is very well located, the area is centrally located, quiet, the bus goes through the street where the apartment is and has a Mercadona one block away. Pablo is very friendly, friendly and was always aware of if we had any questions. The apartment as such was very clean and we had everything we needed to have a good vacation. 100% recommended.

The location is perfect. Right beside the Plaza Mayor and minutes from everything. The apartment is clean and bright and comfortable. It's up a couple of flights of stairs but the exercise is good. This was a lovely place to stay for a few nights and I very much recommend it

Great place to stay in Madrid if you don't want to be in the heart of the buzzing city. Having said so it has all the amenities one would need and it is minutes away from two metro stations. Would recommend!

The apartment was 10, totally clean and new. To go back again without a doubt.

Cozy place with things like a toaster, coffee maker, coffee, teas... Everything was clean and it had air conditioning and a radiator in the bedroom.

The apartment is located on the main street of old Toledo. During the day can be a little noisy but the night is peaceful. Thought to bring to earplugs if you are light asleep. The terrace for breakfast and meals is absolutely beautiful. We loved the stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a very cheap municipal market nearby where to buy local products to cook at home! The city is very beautiful and rich in things to visit. Three days are the minimum to enjoy the place and the apartment!

Claudia's apartment is located in a neighborhood away from the center, a simple but very quiet neighborhood, with good options of good and inexpensive restaurants, and a market very close for quick shopping. Access close to bus and subway lines where we could easily visit Madrid's main sights. The apartment was impeccable, very organized and clean, very cozy. Communication with the host was excellent, we needed to anticipate check-in a little and we managed it with ease. Super comfortable beds, very clean linens, very quiet and peaceful place to rest. If I had the opportunity to return to Madrid again, I would return to Claudia's apartment again. Excellent stay.

The apartment is exceptional with lots of facilities, in a quiet part of the city but still a very short walk to all attractions. There is also a beautiful roof terrace, unfortunately the mixed weather meant we couldn’t take full advantage. Definitely recommend to other travellers looking for a great place to explore the beautiful city of Toledo.

The spectacular accommodation, a very nice, well-kept, clean house, with all the amenities, comfortable beds, and a long etcetera. It is a difficult pelin to park in the same driveway, because the streets are somewhat narrow (people close the mirrors of the vehicle because they don't come in), but moving one or two parallel streets there are better places, this is the only glimpse I've been able to find, but it's like any downtown area of Madrid so it's nothing new. FOR WHAT EVERYTHING WAS WHAT WE EXPECTED AND PERFECT, 10/10

Both the apartment and the location are perfect for spending a few quiet days. The area is beautiful and has a lot of things to see nearby. As for the hostess and her father, the two lovely people who were always attentive to anything we needed. The experience has been great, definitely if we return to the area we already know where we will stay!

We felt at home. Large accommodation, down to the last detail to accommodate a family. Unbeatable location and very helpful host. We all enjoyed our stay.

Place was a short walk to a lot of places around Toledo. The apartment is quite and very easy to check in and out of.

Quiet, comfortable and clean accommodation in which we could spend a few pleasant days. Diana was a gracious host, who was quick to respond to our queries.

Vanessa's accommodation is a tastefully renovated apartment. It is impeccable and has everything you need to be very comfortable. Even though it was Holy Week, it was easy for us to park near the accommodation. Communication with Vanessa was always quick, although we only communicated at check-in and check-out, as the apartment is in perfect condition and matches the photos and description 100%.

A very nice and very well-equipped apartment. Perfect location. Marco was very attentive. I would highly recommend it.
