The "Old Palm" sea home

We were traveling with 3 kids, Aris provided basketball, which was great! We were in late April when the beaches and neighborhood were empty, it suited us. Even the car traffic didn't exist. It's probably noisy in high season. The house had everything you needed, although some items were heavily worn, but we can adapt. Tranquility, resting sunrises, terrace , garden this is the best. We saw dolphins swimming around 7am, I think we were lucky.

Lovely stay for one more time. This place makes me feel like home and this is the reason why I choose the same location every time I travel to Chalkidiki for work. This place offers all kind of necessary equipment and amenities for a comfortable stay. Thank you once again Maria for everything!

Great house, very nice spaces with a great balcony for morning coffee. The house was in a very good part of the center, offering easy parking in the neighborhood, quiet and you went very quickly on foot everywhere in the center. The only tiny downside was that there wasn't a pot for cooking. It had 2 deep pans that were a little bigger than the kitchen eyes. Otherwise, it was a fantastic house and I would visit it again.

An absolute highlight is the terrace, a beautiful view. The apartment is super nice, was exactly enough for 3 people. Beautiful stylish apartment. We would be warmly received by Ardit. Ardit was very accommodating and had great recommendations for us. All in all, a super great vacation made us feel very comfortable. Thank you!

Laura and Fivos were great hosts and we were delighted to spend our vacation at their place. Everything match the description and we didn't miss anything during our stay. We were with a infant and the hosts were very responsive and give early checkin/late checkout options. Overall it was very nice stay and we fully recommend the place and the hosts.

Staying at Alexandra's place was such extraordinary experience. The kids really loved sleeping in the caravan and having the garden to play. With a 10 minutes walk you're in the centre of Skala Fourkas and its beach. If you want to go by car there' a lot of parking available. Alexandra and her husband were very nice and reactive. They gave us all the details needed about the caravan and information about the area. Great experience!!

Great back yard for families with young children. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy a meal with family or just to sit and enjoy the sun, nature or even take a dive in the common pool. This house is a 3 min drive to Sani resort, which has excellent restaurants to discover. The beach is also very close by but requires you to bring your own umbrellas and chairs.

Had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Kostas was super responsive and provided us with everything we wanted. Last but not least, we loved the quiet neighborhood & the walks we did around the village. Would absolutely stay again!

Eleni's place was pristine clean, cozy, decorated beatifully. The appartment had everything we needed to feel right at home! My family of 3 adults and a 4 year old kid felt comfortable and happy to be part of the village, where neighbours were super friendly. We enjoyed the authentic Greek pastries from the bakery accross the street in the morning and witnessed olive harvest season. One of the neighbours was super nice and gifted my daughter two gift bags with small toys that kept the little one entertained. The beautiful sandy beach was on two minutes drive, where there were also plenty of grocery markets, bakeries and restaurants. Eleni went further to offer flexible checkout times. Thanks Eleni for your hospitality and your care for your guests! We would love to come back, we will check out your place again next time!
