Gouden Pand 4 is een middeleeuwse edele heerd en nog grotendeels opgetrokken uit kloostermoppen. De voorgevel dateert uit de 18e eeuw. Het huis heeft moderne voorzieningen en is geschikt voor gebruik door 2 personen. De indeling bestaat uit een woonkamer met keuken, een ingerichte kelder en op de verdieping de slaapkamer en badkamer.

They will be modernized, even more luxurious, wheelchair-friendly where possible and as energy-neutral as possible, with improved insulation, sustainable heating systems and modern facilities for lower energy consumption.
