House vacation rentals in Edmonds

Peaceful, warm atmosphere with lots of space. Love the view out the living room window of the beautiful, green, forest-like backyard. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Lovely house with water views right within a quick drive of many Seattle area attractions. We had a great stay for a May wedding in the area. Allison has put a lot of thought into the house, with fun games, comfortable beds, and clear instructions for everything. Nearby Poulsbo is high on our list of recommendations.

We were a group of three couples with two kids between us, and the house was perfect for us (air hockey was a hit, as were the spectacular views). When the door code didn’t work on our way in, the agents helped us right away — very responsive.

The place was perfect for our lacrosse tourney weekend. Thanks for the great hospitality!

I needed a last minute extended stay on Camano island and was thrilled with Michael's place. It was very comfortable and has many of the amenities of home. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoors much since it's the rainy season but still were treated to a few nice sunsets. The back yard would be fabulous in the summer time. We loved sitting by the fire in the sunroom. Michael was easy to work with on short notice and we would absolutely stay there again.

We’ve stayed at Sunny’s house twice and both times have been great! Beautiful views, and great neighborhood. Always very clean and comfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and it all started with the incredible hosts, Debi and Russell. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and truly made us feel like family. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and were always quick to respond to any questions. The home itself exceeded all expectations. The amenities were far beyond what we anticipated. The views—both day and night—were stunning, and the local wildlife was a delightful surprise. We even saw several bald eagles, which was a first for us! The house is incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi were a huge bonus and the perfect way to unwind after exploring Washington. The modern upgrades and appliances made our stay even more comfortable. There were also plenty of games and toys for kids—though our daughter spent most of her time enjoying the pool. You truly won’t be disappointed.

The home was great , extremely clean and well taken care of. It was easy to unpack and unwind. The location was great , just a few minutes from adorable downtown and close to beautiful ocean views . Extra linens, and a well appointed kitchen were appreciated as well. This was our first time in Edmonds and put us close enought to large sights we wanted to see in Seattle, while making it easy to unwind and enjoy a quieter day out of the hustle and bustle of the big city. Our family would definitely come back - If you are looking for a great space in Edmonds this is it !

Host was quick to respond and very helpful. It’s an awesome location with view and great neighborhood. Ferry, train station and downtown all within easy walking distance. The apartment is clean and well equipped with everything you need. We hope to stay there again.

Great base for exploring Edmonds and the surrounding area. Lovely family home with lots of extra touches like the High Flyer wagon which was perfect for wheeling my 4 year old twins back from dinners out in Edmonds (when you’ve seen the hills you’ll understand!). Beds were very very comfy- slept much better than I would at home! Would love to stay again when we next get the chance to visit Edmonds.

Wendy is a great host. Her place is in a walkable neighborhood, a few blocks from the 40 bus line that takes you to downtown Seattle. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back.

Linda’s house is amazing, we stayed there for a friends reunion. It could not have been better. Location walking distance to the lake. Kitchen equipped with everything you can imagine. Comfortable beds, everything clean. Many amazing details like bunch of tooth brushes, toiletries etc in case you forgot yours at home, lots of games, and even family recipe cookies in the freezer with directions on how to cook them and ice cream to go with it! Clearly this is a much loved family home and we felt very grateful that Linda and her family shared it with us. It was as a truly special weekend ❤️

We stayed for a full month at Breens place with two toddlers and a newborn and it was great! The apartment is VERY well equipped and you can tell that Breen has put a lot of effort into making sure guests have what they need and are comfortable. There are also great special touches with color schemes and amenities. The location is also great with access to a park down the street which is great for hiking and running, and edmonds is pretty close. The apartment has a private deck and feels secluded. Breen was also very responsive and dealt with issues we had immediately. we would highly recommend a stay here.

Located in a quiet nice neighborhood but close enough to major roads to get where we needed to go. Our dog enjoyed the the big window in the living room which is perfect for watching birds and bunnies. We appreciated being able to park out front close to the front entrance (easy to unload/load the car). Great comfortable house.

We really enjoyed David’s house, which was clean, uncluttered, comfortable and beautiful, with beautiful views. David was very responsive with messages, and helpful with information about what might be happening in the area, and gave great suggestions for restaurants. Our vacation was even better than we’d planned because of David’s knowledgeable tips.

We traveled to Seattle prior to our cruise to Alaska. We found this place very friendly in many ways. It had all the items we would possible need. It isn’t like other airbnbs as they had coffee, paper towels, first aid kits, spices, etc at this location. This was super helpful and really set it above other places I have stayed. Check in and check out were easy. It wasn’t too far from the space needle or the port. When we had questions Nick responded immediately. Highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at Raphael’s Airbnb! The home is absolutely beautiful and feels so cozy and welcoming. It was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location is fantastic—super close to restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and more, making it so convenient to explore the area. Having an EV charger on-site was a huge plus! Raphael was an exceptional host, incredibly attentive, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns, ensuring our stay went smoothly. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return when we’re back in the Seattle area!

This Airbnb was perfect for what we needed! Good central location to the hiking we were doing east of Seattle. The place was very clean, nice, and easy to find. It is right next to the host’s home, but it felt very private and safe. The host always responded almost immediately to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed in this gem of an Airbnb. Great location and perfect little house for a couple or couple with a baby. The house is meticulously clean, well appointed and is easily walkable to the wonderful downtown of Snohomish. We flew into Paine Airport - only 25 minutes away. Also Jen’s communication was excellent and proactive.
