Quick access to Highway 89. There's a beautiful 2-hour hike up to a waterfall close by. 30 minutes from Salt Lake City. 30 minutes from Snowbasin ski resort. Many restaurants with-in a few minutes. I regulate the AC and heat however there is a fan and heater. If you want more or less just ask. You can have a third guest I have a Full size futon.
