Situated within easy reach of Bristol & Bath with lots of shops & amenities available in nearby Yate or the lovely old Market Town of Chipping Sodbury. Pretty annex with kitchen and private garden

This lovely annex has its own private entrance with a small fenced garden and patio area with table and chairs. There is one ensuite kingsize bedroom (or 2 singles) and a open plan kitchen with sofa bed (more suitable for children as no separate bathroom) There is parking outside. Our beautiful hamlet is very quiet with great walks from the door. We do run a working farm so you may occasionally hear that in action. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Includes Log Burner (logs provided), UNLIMITED WiFi, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Microwave, TV & PlayStation provided. A fantastic fully stocked local shop 5 minutes walk and a great local pub 5 minutes walk away. Please note, the cottage has a large walk in shower, but no Bath. Entry to the property by lockbox.
