Parking place. The apartment is in good condition, the kitchen is newly renovated. A double bed (140cm) with sheets is provided, as well as two additional matresses for sleeping on the floor. Washing machine, pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, shampoo, coffee/tea are included. WiFi is complimentory.

Building was finished in the summer 2017 and is in a truly amazing spot in front of lake Lutakko. Calm neighborhood just a walking distance from the city, where you can enjoy all the great stuff Jyväskylä has to offer. Lutakko also hosts the many businesses that are located in Jyväskylä. One room apartmet. 1906 Built red brick warehouse building witch has been converted to 3 personnel apartments. Beside of Saimaan, around 600m to city center or Lappeenrannan harbour. Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.
