We had a lovely stay. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with extras — from clean towels and sheets to blankets and kitchen amenities. The interior is truly impressive, with attention to detail that made the space feel welcoming and stylish. The location is also a big plus — a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood with plenty of beautiful spots nearby. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, always quick to reply and generous in sharing recommendations and local hotspots. The only downsides for us were the lack of a washing machine, which is quite essential for a family of five, and the absence of on-site parking. We had a private car and often had to park a bit farther away, which made things slightly difficult when returning late with the kids. Overall, a wonderful experience — thank you very much!

The place looks exactly like the photos. It was more than enough space to accommodate a party of 11. The host Mina was easy to communicate with and always responded promptly.

The Air BnB was very nice. On the corner of the street there is a bus that will take you directly to NYC, which we took full advantage of. The Air BnB is located in a quiet neighborhood and there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

Our group had an amazing stay at Jorge's place. The house felt safe, was exactly as described, perfectly clean, and in the weeks and days leading up to our stay we received so many helpful instructions. There was even a day when we needed something quite urgently. We received a quick response and action was taken straightaway. We were very impressed! The location and size was perfect for what we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Samantha and her husbands co host were great they had great quick communication took time to help with directions and addresses to places we wanted to see told us best way around and gave us tips on apps to download to help get around also. Samantha took time to introduce herself to us and inform us if we needed anything just let her know and they let us gone and go as we needed without feeling like we was anywhere but our own home it felt like home we truly enjoyed this stay and their beautiful home and highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit New York beautiful place beautiful views and very quiet always across from police station so we felt very very safe great place

Excellent place to relax away from the hustle of the city. Very clean and well maintained, with all basic amenities. A supermarket store is nearby. Easily get to the Exchange Place station by Uber.

The unit is as described and as you see in the photos, beautiful designs, Great location, close to stores, 10 mins to MetLife for concerts. Very spacious unit, towels, sheets provided, a/c in every bedroom etc. Kitchen had everything you'd need to cook a meal, although we only stayed overnight for a concert and ordered take-out. TV's in every bedroom including the living room! That was a Plus! Comfy beds (one of the bedrooms with the queen sized bed is a step up). Host allowed us to park in the back of the house, so no need to find parking, it's a really tight fit, but permission is needed before parking there. Host was excellent at communicating, readily available and so very gracious! I would stay again!

It is quite a drive from NYC because of traffic, but the house is big and the neighborhood was pretty quiet and felt safe! The house is beautiful and clean and very accommodating!

Fabulous modern apt in a quiet neighbourhood. The apt was close to amenities and very close for our visiting festivities nearby. Totally loved the crisp look of the apt and the extra coffee pods, and water were a great touch. As well I appreciated the makeup removal face cloth (nice touch). I certainly would stay here agai

The apartment met all our expectations. It has everything you need to be very comfortable, plus a very accessible location

This was a great place to stay if you are in need of a place to stay for only a couple nights. It is clean and cozy. I will say the bathroom is a little tight but other than that no complaints. It seems like the messages I received from the host were automated but they were helpful. I sent a couple messages but they were not answered. Although they were no important it would have been nice to receive a reply.

Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . We loved our stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-stocked, and located in a charming part of Hoboken. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed with my father and enjoyed an extremely comfortable Airbnb stay. Freda was prompt and accurate, making check-in and communication effortless. The home was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged, with clear instructions throughout. We loved the calming living room view of the spacious lawn and trees. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore.

This was excellent for our needs on an overnight layover being so close to the airport. The space was comfy and was a peaceful evening

Place was very nice and clean! Looked exactly like the pictures. Getting into the was very easy instructions were very clear! Parking was a little difficult but David did explain that prior to my visit other then that everything was great! I will be booking again when I’m coming back to the area
