The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. There is a farmshop nearby which sells good Yorkshire produce to take away and also has a restaurant. York is 20 minutes away with its impressive Minster and other attractions including 2 theaters. A number of historic houses are close by which makes the Annexe a perfect base for exploring the local area.

Set in Dunswell, a small village just outside of Hull, our Airbnb offers one double and two single beds, and a large sitting room, including a television with a FULL Sky TV package; including movies, kids, and sports. The kitchen/diner includes an espresso machine, microwave, oven, kettle, fridge and toaster. We are fully dog friendly with an enclosed garden and there is plenty of space and equipment for children to play.

The caravan is NOT The Ritz but is warm, clean and comfortable. Bring the family, the pets and even the horses! A rural location with beautiful views, access to sandy seaside locations within 20 minutes. With or without your pets this really is a unique chance to holiday in a beautiful location. Garden Cottage at Ganthorpe Hall

Garden Cottage in Ganthorpe is located in this idilic hamlet with no through traffic, this one level cottage is located at the back of Ganthorpe Hall, separated by a passage and boot room. It looks out into the orchard and into the Howardian Hills. Lovingly restored by myself, you will find a space filled with books, textile furnishings and walls hung with paintings by my grandfather. 2 dogs welcome (the bedroom & bathroom are dog free).

It has space in abundance, with a light airy contemporary feel yet retaining fabulous features such as the vast vaulted ceiling and the underfloor heating keeps you cosy on those chilly evenings. The Spectacular bi-fold doors open out onto a lovely patio, garden and hot tub area, which is a fantastic sun trap.

Pocklington is approx 3 miles away and is the nearest market town for shops. Ideal location if your ready to turn off your phone, put your feet up, and chill with nature. The Caravan can also be used with Tadpole for family reunions, Birthdays or just fiends getting together.
