No complaints! Great little spot with plenty of room for two. We did have to learn how to walk on the squeaky clean floors without slipping in our socks, lol. Host was ok with us not checking in by 11 p.m. Flights were delayed so we had to. We accidentally stole an umbrella and she was very polite with that also! Recommend her and her place. will stay again if she'll have us :)

Kathy and her husband were super friendly, always around if needed, and maintained great communication throughout the whole booking process. The residents and locals we're very nice and they have local pets that are cute as can be. The rooms are kept clean, tidy, and stocked.

Annie was a great host: Responsive and friendly. I left some items in the closet, and she generously offered to mail the items to me. Her Airbnb is in a lovely historic house built around 1900. The location in Midtown Memphis is convenient. Lots of restaurants. Lots to do. Also, it has off-street parking, which is important to me. Another amenity that is a big Plus for me is the ice maker in the refrigerator! But, the nicest thing about this Airbnb is Annie’s friendly personality. Five Stars!

The house is in a great location and was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the fenced in yard for our dog and the garage space. We would highly recommend the house to anyone staying in the area!

I had a wonderful stay at Monty's place. The bed was super comfy, and the house was nice and super clean. The snacks were a nice touch. The instructions for checking in and out were clear, and the area was quiet and safe. I had no issues during my stay, and Monty was super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Simply a great stay in central Memphis. Convenient to downtown, Overton Square, Germantown and UofM area. Cozy, safe, comfortable and fun! This house really captures the spirit of the Bluff City, especially its musical heritage. Would highly recommend this listing to friends and family. Has separate master suite and charming screened-in back porch, also driveway you can drive up and close fence behind vehicle (not locked just extra security if you’d want). Great neighborhood near museum and great outdoor space, too. Beds are both big kings and super comfy. Kitchen is stocked wCommunity coffee. Never have had a complaint in half a dozen stays. We love Tammy’s place!

Davis place is our home away from home when we travel to Memphis. Especially nice is the front porch overlooking the street and the off street parking in a garage.

This was my first Airbnb rental and it went so well. Jamey was super nice and made the whole experience extremely easy from start to finish. Place looked great and I had pets that were welcomed!!

We just needed a hideout to get away during our wedding weekend in downtown Memphis; this was perfect. Walk to Beale, Gus’s Fried Chicken, Old Dominic Distillery and tons of other great spots. Excellent linens, towels, and a fridge filled with bottled water. Love the secure parking and YouTube TV on both tv’s.

Christopher's unit exceeded the expectations of three, let's say mature, Canadian couples. The third bedroom, though somewhat open, was no hindrance to all of us enjoying a full night's rest. The unit has been totally upgraded, even though its street presence may not appear to be so. Most importantly, everything you want to do in downtown Memphis is a walk away. We were there four evenings, and ended all but one on Beale Street. Mississippi Blindman Morris entertained us at the Blues Cafe. We also spent one evening enjoying the many orchestrations of Free World, who, we were told, was now one of the better bands on Beale. The nearby Civil Rights Museum is a must! And unlike so many other Air BnB recommendations. Christopher's list appeared to be tailor made for us, including nearby cafes and restaurants.

Great little place! Clean, cozy, right near the theatre we were working at. Easy parking, great host. Everything you could ask for!

The patio door had no covering and I felt my privacy was violated. Should someone climb up to the outside patio and look inside there was no privacy. Even the bedroom didn’t have a door. I could look at the outside patio from the bed. The sunlight hits you in the face and wakes you up. Also, the water in the shower is slow to drain.

Everything was great in walking distance to Beale Street and FedExForum. Lots of great restaurants,bars and shops within walking distance. It was also great parking and extremely quiet and safe in the area as well. We will definitely stay here in the future.

This was a terrific stay. Cui Le and Stephen were wonderful hosts with ready answers to any questions we had. The apartment was stylish and comfortable. We have family we visit in Memphis, and would definitely stay here again.

The airbnb is bigger than it seems in the photos - very clean and plenty of extra towels and covers if needed. Daniel was extremely helpful and responsive prior and after booking. Also super flexible with any accommodations my husband and I requested ❤️
