Vacation rentals with a pool in East Memphis

Our stay at Kevin & Holly’s place was great! The property matched the description and they were very responsive. There is a lot of open space and it is very kid friendly. We had a great time grilling outside, laying out by the pool and the kitchen was great for baking. While there was a leak in one of the bedrooms due to storms, the hosts were quick to respond and handle the situation. The property is in a very safe place and they gave us excellent recommendations for food and things to do. Overall the property is a good place to go and relax with family.

We stayed at Diana’s home during a wonderful celebration of our first daughter’s wedding. This home was just perfect. The location was ideal in a very centrally located destination. We were thrilled that Diana thought of the “little things” which meant so much… a fully stocked coffee bar, a supply of paper products to get us through until we could get to the grocery, and nice fluffy white clean towels. Additionally, we had my elderly Mother-in- Law staying with us. She found Diana’s home easy to navigate and accessible. Thank you Diana! We hope that you’ll allow us to stay at your property again!

The guest house provided an ideal home away from home experience, equipped with all necessary amenities. Daniel and Katie were exceptionally responsive to communications. The guest house offered a serene, private, and secure environment, with a comfortable bed that ensured restful sleep during my two week stay. I have already recommended this accommodation to others. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed watching movies on the projector.

Spacious, clean, clutter-free and nice local decor. Great place and plenty of room for an extended family with little ones. Too bad we couldn’t use the pool and outdoors due to the cool weather. Would def recommend. Only weird thing was no kitchen towels!

Randle’s home is one of the best AirBnB’s I’ve ever stayed in. The bedrooms and living spaces were attractive and very comfortable. The bathrooms had been recently and beautifully renovated. The kitchen was well stocked and all the appliances seemed new and fully functioned. The beautiful fenced in yard, patio area and fire pit were great. And best of all, Randle is a kind, responsive host. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Memphis!

Perfect location and walkable distance with on small caveat. I’ll get to that later. The location was great and right around the corner from Beale Street. Catching a Lyft or uber when we went out was between $5-7 to Beale Street. That’s way cheaper than paying for parking. As mentioned the place was great, the only small caveat for me since I’m a light sleeper was the traffic noise since the property is right in downtown area. Other than that it was a nice little spot.

Our stay at Charle's place was great. Charles communicated very well and was always fast to respond. Check-in was easy. The house was spotless and very comfortable for my family. The house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, but is still very close to lots of shops, restaurants, and other things to do.

I have stayed in quite a few houses. Most places I have stayed don’t “live up” to the pictures available when making a decision. This house is exactly the opposite! The house is even nicer, cleaner, and newer than reflected in the pictures. We stayed in this house over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had 8 people in from out of town — my family of 4 (including 2 teens) and two young couples. The house was PERFECT and easily accommodated all 8 of us. The location was great for us. The house, again, was modern, clean and well decorated. Jasmine was a GREAT host. Super responsive and quick to help. For example, we noticed late on the first night at 11pm that the hot water was off. Jasmine responded within 5 minutes (at 11pm) and helped us get the hot water restored immediately. I was very impressed! I have been burned in the past with houses that just don’t live up to the pictures. So much so, that my family usually makes fun of me! Well, not this time! We all LOVED this house.
