Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in East Memphis

The property was accurately described and looked just like the photos. If you are traveling with a pet(s) the fenced in yard is a wonderful perk! I recommend you to take advantage of private yard, as the safety of the neighborhood to walk your pet(s), seems questionable. Sleeping in the bed was comfortable. The availability of having a washer and dryer on the premises was great! Andrew’s response time to my questions was quick. I was pleased with the clear instructions for check-in.

Alfred’s property is exactly how it was described, clean and spacious. Alfred communicated well and was very accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Simply a great stay in central Memphis. Convenient to downtown, Overton Square, Germantown and UofM area. Cozy, safe, comfortable and fun! This house really captures the spirit of the Bluff City, especially its musical heritage. Would highly recommend this listing to friends and family. Has separate master suite and charming screened-in back porch, also driveway you can drive up and close fence behind vehicle (not locked just extra security if you’d want). Great neighborhood near museum and great outdoor space, too. Beds are both big kings and super comfy. Kitchen is stocked wCommunity coffee. Never have had a complaint in half a dozen stays. We love Tammy’s place!

Our stay at Kevin & Holly’s place was great! The property matched the description and they were very responsive. There is a lot of open space and it is very kid friendly. We had a great time grilling outside, laying out by the pool and the kitchen was great for baking. While there was a leak in one of the bedrooms due to storms, the hosts were quick to respond and handle the situation. The property is in a very safe place and they gave us excellent recommendations for food and things to do. Overall the property is a good place to go and relax with family.

Great place to gather with family. We chose it specifically for the large dining table so we could all sit together. The outdoor ab indoor games were awesome bonus

Very cozy stay in a home away from home. Everything was just perfect for our quick trip to Memphis, with easy access to many attractions and restaurants.

Mario and Esthela’s place was amazing! The location is exceptional and they were so responsive to any questions and requests. They really made us feel like home. The place is absolutely beautiful and very private. They had tons of recreational things to do for families such as games and a small boat. . The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. The place was very clean and easy to navigate and we had a wonderful time catching up with family. It is about 20 min from Beale street and the place is so peaceful and tons of lounging spots outside. We will definitely be back and highly recommend the hosts and their beautiful place.

Our party of four truly enjoyed Melissa's space. It was cozy and roomy at the same time. The layout of the house was great. The split floor plan gave all of us privacy but the common areas gave us spaces to be together. Very comfortable furniture. The house decor was very nicely done and super adorable! Melissa provided everything we needed and we loved it! Thanks for a great, comfortable and relaxing stay!

Can’t say enough good words about Don’s place! Super cute and homey! Had a short one night stay in Memphis and this was the perfect place to land with our dogs. The place is very comfortable and I would definitely recommend staying here! Beautiful, quaint and charming!

No complaints! Great little spot with plenty of room for two. We did have to learn how to walk on the squeaky clean floors without slipping in our socks, lol. Host was ok with us not checking in by 11 p.m. Flights were delayed so we had to. We accidentally stole an umbrella and she was very polite with that also! Recommend her and her place. will stay again if she'll have us :)

Christopher's unit exceeded the expectations of three, let's say mature, Canadian couples. The third bedroom, though somewhat open, was no hindrance to all of us enjoying a full night's rest. The unit has been totally upgraded, even though its street presence may not appear to be so. Most importantly, everything you want to do in downtown Memphis is a walk away. We were there four evenings, and ended all but one on Beale Street. Mississippi Blindman Morris entertained us at the Blues Cafe. We also spent one evening enjoying the many orchestrations of Free World, who, we were told, was now one of the better bands on Beale. The nearby Civil Rights Museum is a must! And unlike so many other Air BnB recommendations. Christopher's list appeared to be tailor made for us, including nearby cafes and restaurants.

I loved staying at this beautiful condo! We did have some issues with accessing the private patio which we eventually got taken care of. The hosts responded immediately when we reached out to them and were very flexible with allowing us to check in early and even stay a date later! I’d definitely rebook this condo if I return to Memphis.

The patio door had no covering and I felt my privacy was violated. Should someone climb up to the outside patio and look inside there was no privacy. Even the bedroom didn’t have a door. I could look at the outside patio from the bed. The sunlight hits you in the face and wakes you up. Also, the water in the shower is slow to drain.

This Airbnb property was comfortable and spacious. It is the cleanest Airbnb I have ever rented. It was spotless. The decor gives you a cozy feel and the space is welcoming. I wish I had time to hang out on the oversized porch. I love a porch. The house had everything we needed. Mattresses are important to us. The rooms with 2 beds had a medium to firm mattress and the room with the one bed mattress was soft. The Airbnb is walking distance (about 1 block) to a lot of things to do and see on Madison Avenue (live music, places to eat, bars, etc.). I needed a place that was going to please my husband because he likes staying at hotels. He liked it and complimented the Airbb. That's a win. Jon and Shaun was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I definitely would stay here again and again.

I had a fantastic stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. It was quiet and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We enjoyed our stay! Perfect for 2 couples. The Bed was so comfortable. Parking was a little challenging sometimes due to individuals parking in no parking zones. Other than that it was a great! Definitely hope this place is available the next time I visit Memphis TN.
