Space was super nice! It was very clean and looked just like the pictures that were on the listing. Perfect location as it was close enough for us to walk to Beale St. and the FedEx forum. Veronica the host was friendly, and got back to us very quickly if we had any questions or concerns. 5/5 experience all around and would definitely choose to stay here again!

We loved the loft unit. The manager sent very thorough instructions, and access was easy. Other residents were friendly and helpful. Parking out front was convenient. The unit was extremely comfortable, spacious and well appointed. On a map, it looks like it would be an easy walk down to Beale Street, but we didn't really feel comfortable doing so. Parking near Beale was plentiful. $14 for 4 hours. Recommend this place...

Meeting Mark and staying at his beautiful historic home was one of the highlights of our Mom’s getaway to Memphis! Mark is an amazing host — the personal welcome letter, the incredible pumpkin bread and drinks in the fridge, and all the recommendations of what to see and do. We even received an invite to see his incredible decorated trees! We enjoyed getting to know Mark and felt like we were instant friends! The space is so lovely, comfy and had everything we needed and more… including a couple fun surprises! The neighborhood and location was perfect for us — we went to the same cozy cafe just a short walk away each morning and Overton Park was just steps away. The Lions Rest is the definition of southern hospitality and a true gem! We only wish we could’ve stayed longer. We highly recommend staying here and already planning our next stay!!

Drew is a great host. We had a scheduling snafu. Drew was very accommodating and helpful. We were able to resolve the issue and had a great time. The apartment is very comfortable. It is within walking distance of anything downtown Memphis. If you are looking for a downtown that is quiet, Memphis is the place and Drew’s apartments are the place to stay.

Very beautiful and clean home. Nice and peaceful, exactly as described. The owners are so nice and very responsive. The airport lost my luggage and the host was very helpful with making sure I had my personal needs so I can still shower and get fresh. I will definitely only choose this place when returning to Memphis!

We had a great visit to Memphis while staying here! We were in town for a family wedding, and this was a perfect location. It is located very close to many restaurants, bars, and attractions, just a short walk to anywhere we went. We felt very safe with the gated entries for the walkway and parking lot. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, it was spacious and homey. It was so well stocked with all of the essentials, even travel sized toiletries! If we come to town again, we will stay here and I will recommend it to everyone!!

I absolutely loved the space!! And AJ was amazing. Definitely comfy and had an at home feel! The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Overall the space is a 10/10!

Great place to stay downtown! Close to a lot! Appreciate the cups, dishes, coffee, and box fan! Street parking was free after 6 and not too expensive before. the roof top of the building is a must see, you could even BBQ up there.

My stay was pleasant. She was very responsive even after a couple questions about the remote not working she fixed the problem very quickly! The small things go a long way with a shared space, I will say if the place was a bit more prepared for guests it would’ve felt a bit more like home. Overall the stay was great and look forward to booking in the future!
