A wonderful gem! We felt very welcome. Upon arrival, beds were made and bubbles and wreath cake ❤️ (we were there over the New Year). The view is breathtaking and we will definitely be back!

Very nice experience of Danish life. Anne and her family are welcoming and leave you the choice of resting or sharing. It's a family with a lot of life skills. They will quickly see how to welcome you to make you feel at home. Access to all amenities without time constraints of course.

We had a wonderful time at Marianne's summer house. The beach was almost right outside the front door. Magnificent sunsets and amazing natural sights! The house is quiet yet easily accessible. Marianne is a great host, quickly accessible and extremely helpful. Thank you for the great time!

Super cozy little house. There are a lot of houses around, but the garden is very private and you still have the feeling of being alone and the area is very quiet. The house was super cozy and just fine. The only downside was the toilet, which was in the annex, but we knew that in advance and it also had its charm. The outdoor shower was also really lovely. Although we didn't need contact with Annette, we had the feeling that she was available and helpful as a host.

This place is a true gem if you want maximum “hygge”, and want to experience an authentic “old” Danish summerhouse. It’s warm and cosy, practical with lovely rooms including a living room with a wonderful wooden stove. Perfect for a romantic getaway, a holiday with a few friends or a small family, or just a retreat. Its location on the island is superb. We were there in end October, and can highly recommend visiting Anholt off-season, the colors and peace was amazing. Morten was very helpful responding to questions and sharing recommendations. Really nice and romantic little place.

We stayed with Dorethe for a few days over New Year's Eve and it was the best decision. When we arrived, Dorethe received us and we were expecting a cozy warm cabin, because a fire was already burning in the oven. We didn't lack anything. The cabin is decorated with a lot of love. In the bed, it was wonderful to sleep, the view in the morning an absolute highlight. The varied nature, right behind the house invites you to hike, explore and relax. A paradise for us. Dorethe was always there to help us. The outdoor shower was a great experience despite strong wind and low temperatures. The toilet is basic but serves its purpose. Dorethe has created a beautiful place in a breathtaking nature where you can remember, rebuild and connect with nature. We will definitely be back.

The tiny house and garden are extremely cosy, perfect for an escape in the nature. You have everything needed to cook inside or on the bonfire, plenty of spaces to relax in the garden, and even fresh mint to put in your tea... I loved the fact that the garden is so wild and alive, you'll see a huge variety of plants and insects (and my puppy loved it too as she could hide everywhere and see/taste new things 😅). Christian is a very nice and helpful host, showing you everything you might need and with a lot of good recommendations in the area. And the area is lovely. I recommend to take a walk to Herslev beach to hang out and see the sunset. There are also some great longer walks to do in Bognæs or Boserup Skov. I also went to visit Sct Hans Have (café, shop and garden that aims to promote mental health) on Christian's recommendation, I can only recommend. I am looking forward to coming back in this peaceful place in the future! Thank you for everything Christian ☀️

We had a wonderful stay in the little cottage. There is everything you need. A special highlight is the kayaks. The view of the sea is also unique. The location is very secluded, if you want absolute peace and relaxation, the area is just right. However, if you want more hustle and bustle and activities, the location may not be ideal, as it is very quietly located by the forest. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the house. Cleanliness was also right. The contact with the landlords is very hospitable and accommodating. We were very happy about the welcome gestures!

Thank you Jorgen and Stine for welcoming us into your home! The love shack was absolutely amazing!! It was the perfect spot for our last night of our honeymoon and time in Denmark. All the finishing touches were amazing - from offering to purchase the food for us to make our dinner, doing the washing up for us, having fairy lights and candles, the complimentary bottle of wine, speaker and games to play. It was the best night of our trip! We also loved the simplicity of it all and being eco friendly made it even more rewarding. We would definitely recommend it to other people. Jorgen and Stine were also fabulous hosts and so responsive to any needs we had. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

We had a super lovely stay in Birgitte and Peter's caravan. The caravan itself was amazingly cozy and had the practicality of everything we needed. In addition, it is also located in the most idyllic and quiet surroundings with a breathtaking view, making it the perfect weekend getaway. The caravan was clean and tidy and Birgitte and Peter were very helpful and welcoming. Definitely recommend a stay here.

It was so nice in the wonderful Waggon. The interior is well chosen and in a very good design. We had a very good stay!

My boyfriend and I had a great weekend. The place had everything we needed and Claus was hugely friendly. In addition, we enjoyed nature and felt that the cabin was private and lovely to be in. The view is to die for and we will definitely be back.

Lovely place and absolutely amazing in the summer. Despite the rain and heavy wind, we had a lovely New Year's Eve in the “cabin”. There was what you needed and what we expected. We had bought a guest ticket for the sauna, which worked super well and easily. Jesper (host) had been great at guiding us around the purchase of the sauna and was generally quick and very service minded in his response. Can easily be recommended 😊

Everything was perfect! Such a wonderful little oasis in beautiful Tisvilde. Couldn’t recommend it enough.
