Holiday apartment in the countryside

Cozy 1st floor apartment on our farm, located in rural surroundings. The property is centrally located in East Jutland, 18 km from Aarhus C and 9 km from the exit to the E45 motorway. The apartment includes a south/east-facing terrace where you can barbecue or light a fire. There's room for four guests with the option of extra bedding. We have a sweet, child-friendly and quiet dog, as well as four domesticated cats, who walk freely on the property. The dog and cats are not allowed in the apartment.

It is ultra centrally located (still quiet) & in a very nice and safe neighborhood (Frederiksbjerg)with a lot of cafés, specialty stores & flea-/green markets & parks. - Free bikes (2) to borrow, just let me know before you arrive - Double bed for 2 (160 cm), if more than 2 visitors it will be at a good air mattress in the living room.

I Aarhus finder du både spændende shopping-muligheder og kulturtilbud af enhver art. Lejligheden er 80kvm med et meget smukt lysindfald. Her et lækkert køkken alrum, bad, soveværelse og altan med udsigt over havn og hav. Det fantastisk at åbne ud til altanen og nyde den friske havluft samt nyde et glas vin til udsigten.

The property's location at Bassin 7 means that during your stay you are close to the harbour bath, cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. Take a stroll along the promenade, take the fishing rod out onto the pier, hop in the harbor bath, see the view from the Lighthouse (142 m), or dine at one of the many new restaurants and cafes nearby. The exciting and varied city life pleases most people.
