Monthly Rentals in East Flatbush, Brooklyn

The apartment was exceptional, great location and really comfortable. Check in was a breeze and Anthony and Kristin are awesome hosts. They were quick to respond, had great recommendations for the neighborhood and made me feel welcome.

First of all, the apartment is located in central Brooklyn. I took subway, but there are buses closer. It was a 15 minute walk which was nothing for me, but on top of that it’s a good 30 minute ride to Manhattan, but that’s the trade off for a great price. The neighborhood is perfectly safe. The apartment is spacious, immaculate, gorgeous, safe, comfortable with everything you need to cook all your meals including spices, condiments, cookware and filtered water. I stayed a month and was sad to leave. At times internet was slow for live streaming, most times it was normal to fast. All in all this is a great find.

Yona place was amazing, very clean and all the households worked perfectly. Neighborhood was very peaceful and walkable. Maybe installing curtains on the windows and making sure the back door close tight will improve the experience of this apartment. Ernesto & Martha (October 2024)
