This is my second time in a row, of booking and staying at one of Damaris' really cozy and squeaky clean rentals - at Emilia Apartments. I honestly can't see myself booking to stay anywhere else, whenever I'm in Nairobi, because my stay was nothing short of phenomenal. Amenities and services were exactly as indicated. As usual, Damaris was ever responsive and so were the front desk and housekeeping staff all very friendly, professional, and prompt to respond to any of my needs. Please book your stay here and just can thank me later! :) I definitely continue to highly recommend.

Maryanne’s accommodation was excellent. She seems to have thought of everything, there was no appliance or utensil I could need that I didn’t have. And any time I had to contact her, she answered promptly and straight to the point, usually within 20 mins. In addition, Maryanne went way over and above to accommodate my needs. I work remotely, but due to a spinal condition, I need a very specific set up to work in comfort. I would have had to shorten my booking, but Maryanne (to my surprise), just solved the problem for me, meaning I could stay longer. Had my circumstances not changed, I would have definitely extended my booking beyond a month.

Terry was a pleasant nd most of all understand ing host,managed to arrange an early check in with him,as l had arrived early nd had no place to wait for the 3pm check ,but he was very accommodating....so l gve him 10/10.

I truly enjoyed staying here. it was amazing views . quite inspirational. I was taking aback by no a/c but didn’t miss it too much. Highly recommended

After stays in 2017 and 2018, we were now guests again with Roy and his family. We have already stayed in all 3 apartments and can especially recommend the middle one (= largest with second bedroom, if there should be several people or parents with children) and the top apartment (here we also stayed this year) with great views of the sea. The apartment was super clean and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. The location is central on Mahe, a good starting point in all directions. Rental car is necessary. The driveway is very steep but doable (turning off air conditioning helps uphill). The Google Maps directions are incorrect. When you pass the bus depot, you have to keep straight ahead and do not turn right. Many thanks to Roy and his adorable family for the great time! Absolutely recommended!

This place is one of the top places where to stay. the security is amazing, your privacy is guaranteed. means of transport almost instant. fantastic restaurant around, I recommend the Golden Hour Restaurant one of the best I ever been to in my 25 years travelling. The balcony views over Nairobi are breath taking, day or night. The host was amazing and respinsif and helpful. They even let me check in at 12 pm at no extra cost. The service lady, does an excellent job and the cleaning is done to a high degree, the bedding fresh and clean. ( thank you

Nancy's place is wonderful. It was easy to locate. All amenities were available. My colleagues and I had a wonderful time there. I would definately book this apartment again whenever I come to Dar Es Salam. The assistance at the building was quick. Wonderful place.

My stay at Peters apartment was fantastic. He is a very kind and responsive host. When there was a problem ( so small not worth mentioning) He came over personally and made sure it was solved in a timely fashion. What’s not mentioned it’s other complementary services like replenishing water and housekeeping came everyday and clean the whole apartment, which is unheard of for that price! There’s a decent full functioning gym on the ground floor and free parking. Location is great if you want to be close to town ( 350m from sarit centre) All in all I had a great experience and felt Safe at all times! Highly recommended and will return next time I’m in Nairobi.

We had a lovely stay at Marinette’s place. Such a great atmosphere, clean and comfortable with amazing view. House is very big and garden and surroundings so beautiful. We didn’t want to leave and are planning to go back soon! Host very responsive and the caretakers very kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Simbarashe’s place! The host was very helpful and responsive to every request. The place was exactly as described, the housekeeper May Mishi was a delight, very helpful and friendly. The neighbour is safe and quiet. We recommend the place and we are certainly coming back! A large home with large garden friendly helpful housekeeping and suitable for a large group ( we were 7) and children. Shopping amenities simple & local, with good local restaurants etc. excellent laundry facilities too. local taxis easy to book to visit other areas. very helpful guide to the area

Simon's house provided an exceptional stay. The spacious interior and comfortable beds made for a restful sleep, while the seamless indoor-outdoor living experience, the ingenious manifold doors, allowed for delightful moments watching golfers pass by in the garden with a glass of wine in hand. The estate's easy accessibility and sense of security made exploring the scenic walks around the area a joy, especially the dam where boats gently went by. Inside the house, every amenity was available to whip up meals, and the lounge area with its oversized sofas and large Smart TV was perfect for unwinding. Throughout our stay, Simon proved to be an attentive host, responding promptly to any inquiries and ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. His flexibility and attention to detail were perfect, making our experience memorable. In summary, Simon's house is a gem of a getaway, offering not just a comfortable stay but also a warm hospitality that exceed expectations.

Amazing home in a great, secure estate. The property is super comfortable and spacious, with huge bedrooms. The photos don't do it justice, it looks way better. The hosts are responsive and helpful. High recommended.

The place is so great because of the organization of the place and most of all because of Pascal who is the most friendly person I've ever met.

Dennis is a fantastic Host, we enjoyed every Minute staying at Dennis lovely Family Home. The Interior and Garden are charming with great attention to detail. Staff is great and helpful with good awareness for privacy. We will definitely come back when we are in Malindi Area again.
