Great host. Barry allowed me a quick evening and last day morning hunt. This was a very kind gesture. The barn loft apartment is perfect for 2-4 guests. Beware, it will take you a minute to get used to ducking lower parts of the ceiling. You will bump that noggin a couple times to understand. Minor comment. We would definitely stay here again. Beaver Dam / Hartford residents are very nice around town.

Such a beautiful retreat away from the hustle and bustle! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving weekend. The weather was cold, which kept us from fully experiencing the acreage, but was still so calm and beautiful! My husband still braved the cold and caught about 8 fish. Plenty of room for a family of 4, with a few extras if they want to sleep on the couch…which I did and it was very comfy! Thank you, Linda.

The place was nice and comfortable, just as described. It had everything needed for a relaxed stay, and the location was convenient. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The setting was peaceful and serene. I spent most of the time on the deck just enjoying the sounds of nature. My husband was able to use a kayak for the first time and he really enjoyed the lake. I am disabled so I knew I wouldn’t be able to handle the stairs to the lake, but the view made up for that! The hot tub was down a flight of stairs from the deck, but very comfortable and private. Although neighbors are close, trees block them out so it feels more private. I am chronically ill and was still able to enjoy the surroundings without the stairs. The master bath isn’t a soaker tub but was more than adequate for taking a long, warm bath! Shower heads were nice and large! We cooked steak on the grill and they were delicious! My husband used the fire pit one night and it was nice to hear the fire crackling. The cabin was super clean and uncluttered. The king bed was memory foam with a couple of memory foam pillows as well. The bed sits low, but we managed. Peaceful and relaxing stay!

Very convinient to my hunting lease. I try to stay there anytime I'm coming up to hunt or work on the property that I lease near by. Cory is always willing to help with anything I may need. Always clean and very roomy.

This was our second time staying at Lynn’s place. It is just a short drive out of downtown Owensboro and a perfect spot to stay if you are visiting the Bluegrass HOF or the Riverwalk.

We loved staying at The Farm. it's so nice to have a place that we can stay and be close to family. We are already planning to come back when it gets warmer.

I’m hard to please when it comes to cleanliness. I typically clean any air bnb or hotel that I stay in because I’m extremely OCD but Katie’s place was extremely clean, it was cozy, nicely decorated, and with amazing views. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful little spot with lovely views! Hot tub was really nice after a long day. Appreciated the communication of the host and clear instructions. Overall a great value!
