Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Dynnyrne

Had a brilliant stay at Richard’s gorgeous property for our annual girl’s trip. The home was beautifully decorated and was in the most perfect location. We walked to Salamanca and through the gorgeous streets of Battery Point. Close to restaurants and our fave, the Shipwright’s Arms pub. We loved the stunning architecture of the home and the artwork was divine. A wonderful weekend away!!

We had a great stay in Hobart. The Cottage was well equipped for what we needed and their check out rules were a game changer for us - we had 3 kids with us and an early flight on a Sunday morning. It makes all the difference when you don't have to worry about rubbish and dishwashers before you leave. Thank you Kate and Keiren for making us feel so at home. Lots of nice touches - lovely linen and pillows, great staples in the pantry and milk for a cuppa when you arrive. Easy walk to great spaces nearby. Loved it. Will be back.

We had a perfect Easter weekend staying at Helen’s beautiful cottage! The home itself is beautifully designed, in a quiet street leafy street of battery point, with beautiful surrounding scenery. We immediately felt at home with the generous provisions Helen left us including fresh bread, preserves, fruit, milk and plenty of teas to name a few! The cottage has a beautiful view and we enjoyed time watching the boats and sitting on the front veranda to enjoy the sun with a book. The cottage is very well equipped and super clean - we all slept so well during our stay and had plenty of space for 4 people. Great cafes and restaurants are a short walk away. Helen was a very kind and responsive host and we were very thankful we could arrange a later check out. We would highly recommend Helen’s cottage for a great weekend away exploring Hobart. Thanks Helen!

Lovely Beachfront Stay with Relaxing Vibes We loved our stay at Burcu’s place! The beach-facing views from both the balcony and kitchen were absolutely stunning, and the selection of self-care books added a thoughtful, cozy touch to the experience. The only minor issue was the limited hot water capacity when hosting more guests, but everything else was perfect. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. Overall, a fantastic spot for a relaxing leisure getaway!

My husband and I and our two adult children have just finished a 3 night stay at Marty’s beautiful property. Very easy to find for our Uber driver and first impressions from us all was - Wow! Marty was so thoughtful and responsive - he offered an early check in should we have needed it and all the “house info” was all we needed for a warm and comfortable stay. The beds and linens were so comfortable. We were in Hobart to meet with more of our family and the 9 of us enjoyed a wonderful reunion around Marty’s dining table. We were able to prep food using all the kitchen facilities - plenty of crockery and cutlery - utensils and staples - used oven and dishwasher! Just a few steps away is Pigeon Hole Cafe and Westside Laundry Cafe - both sensational! On one outing we brought home Barilla Bay Oysters (out near the airport) and some Tassie Sparkling - yum! Full sets of wine glasses provided. Loved this Air BnB and very happy to recommend it. Thank you Marty and Alex.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at Sven & Tracy’s Grappa Court Penthouse! The apartment is exceptionally spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect for those wanting to explore North Hobart and surrounds. Sven and Tracy have been lovely hosts, so easy to deal with and all communication has been prompt and handled professionally. We would recommend this apartment to anyone, and would love to stay again sometime in the future!

Loved our stay in the servants cottage! The place was super cute and cosy. Very clean spaces, comfy furniture and great water pressure in the shower. We enjoyed making a fire in the kitchen and being able to walk into town. The walk into the CBD is relatively quick but be prepared for a walk uphill on the way home. The views make it worth it. Thanks so much for having us!

Our stay in north Hobart was great! Excellent location, really warm cozy feel and nice deep bath for the end of the day. Would definitely stay again. Communication with laura was really easy and prompt, great host!

What a perfect stay walkable to everything ! Kitchen very well equipped and we cooked dinner one night and visited local restaurant which was def 5 star . Beds very comfortable - perfect pillows and we felt warm and cozy on a cold weekend would stay again

A Beautiful Stay . Highly Recommended! I had such a wonderful experience staying at this BnB. The house itself was absolutely lovely and clean, beautifully styled, and very comfortable. It felt like a true home away from home. The hosts were exceptional, so accommodating and responsive throughout the entire stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and were always available if I had any questions. From the peaceful atmosphere to the thoughtful touches around the home, every detail was clearly cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, welcoming getaway.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We stayed for a number of weeks after selling our house and could not have picked a better place. It was extremely well set up for long stays, and because it’s not just for airbnb stays everything was well thought out for living. It was super comfortable, clean, warm, had a great cooking kitchen, a lovely balcony with great views and the location is walking distance to shops, Salamanca and Hobart (plus lovely walks around sandy bay and battery point). Our hosts were friendly and helpful and always prompt getting back to us. It was also great value and we couldn’t recommend it more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Old School House. We traveled with a 5 month old who was very well catered for. The accomodation is charming, very comfortable and clean. Communication with the hosts was very responsive and clear, going above and beyond to ensure we had enjoyable stay. The accommodation is a 15 min walk down to Salamanca Place and Fishermans wharf providing easy access to shops and restaurants. Sandy Bay shops are about a 7 min walk. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful home and fantastic host! Super clean, elegant space with a very large kitchen, living space and incredibly comfortable bed. Scottie was extremely accommodating with both our 11pm check in and use of the spa under the stars. Always available to help, we felt right at home and loved feeding the sheep in the morning!

We felt right at home when we stepped in the doors. The place is bright and spacious in the living room and kitchen areas. Very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. There were plenty of places to sit for 6 of us and a lovely deck and outdoor seating also available. Plenty of hot water and the bedding are clean and comfy. Overall a great home to comeback to after a day of travelling around Hobart. The host is very friendly and reaches out very early to offer recommendations and assistance. Very close to Cascade Brewery and Mount Wellington. Highly recommended !

This is a fabulous period home with some gorgeous updates to kitchen/dining family rooms and upstairs primary bedroom and en-suite. The older parts of the house are very well maintained as well. Lots of home comforts here with ample kitchen wares to cook, a great coffee machine, brand new kitchen range, a full laundry room, and loads of fun games to play both indoor as well as on the beautiful river-front lawn. Peta-Jane answered all our questions within a few minutes and was delightful to work with. I would not hesitate in any way to recommend this beautiful home and the lovely owner :)

Wonderful stay, the property and grounds are amazing!! Hosts were super responsive and so helpful with my questions. They even helped connect us to some local services (ie babysitter and taxi). The industrial / farmhouse design was lovely. We were two couples with two small bubs. The only thing I’d call out for anyone travelling with children is the two ensuites open out to the rooms so hard to use the bathroom once your little one goes to sleep. Also need to bring blockout blinds as the en-suite windows don’t have blinds.

We loved it. It felt like arriving at home. The garden is magnificient, the plants inside are stunning. The kitchen is extremely well equipped to cook. The fire place is gorgeous. We have a great time.

very nice view, great house, quite place, great location if you drive the master bedroom is amazing with the bath and the view. only the pool is not clean and you do not want to jump in.

Fabulous accommodation, fabulous host. We stayed at Fay's gorgeous unit for two nights and it has everything we needed. The furnishings are gorgeous and we felt at home. Fay is a kind and caring host.

Wow, we were literally speechless when we arrived. In real life even more spectacular and breathtaking, we were all in awe. It seems that so much care for detail and love when into designing this home, everything was so well thought out. It has all the amenities you need and more. We were planning on eating out at least one time but loved cooking and sitting by the fire so much that we fortunately decided to stay in instead. And taking a bath in this is house is probably the most memorable of all baths i have ever taken, you cant beat those views! Karen and Andrew were lovely hosts and very responsive and helpful. And to top everything off their wine is so good! This stay deverses a 10/10. Thanks Karen and Andrew for sharing this slice of heaven.
