Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Dupont Circle, Washington

My coworkers and I had a great stay at Colin's place during a 2-week work trip. The unit is very spacious and well furnished, and great for longer-term stays - it's also situated near a lot of excellent restaurants (like the Coupe, our favorite restaurant in DC). Colin is very responsive to any issues that might arise, and the neighbors are in contact with him in case of any emergencies (like saving me when some maintenance guys accidentally locked me out of the basement unit!) Would recommend!

The location was ideal for my daughter’s wedding which was held across the street at Capitol Hill Baptist Church. The location was walkable to many restaurants, sightseeing spots and experiencing all of living on The Hill. The host was very responsive when I had an issue getting in the first time. If you what to stay close to all Hill events and enjoy the local area, stay here.

One of the coolest Airbnb’s we have stayed in. Loved the vibe, the wall of windows looking at the trees, and super comfy beds. Would defiantly stay here again.

Candice was very welcoming and responsive. She made sure we had what we needed. Cute, clean space with an amazing shower. The location is great. 0.3 miles from the nearest metro. Parks and dog parks around the neighborhood. She gave us our space to come and go freely! She has two dogs upstairs that sometimes bark, but we are dog people (and have a barky one ourselves) so it wasn’t an issue for us. She quickly tries to quiet them down, and she’s understanding if your pet barks too. Good place for dog owners!

Tyler’s place is definitely worth five stars. It’s extremely clean, very spacious, beautifully furnished, and has all the accommodations you need. I’ve got a group of four or five friends who visit a different city every year to watch a baseball game and we were lucky to find this place. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood with a short Uber ride to and from the Mall in DC. We typically will cook breakfast and dinner at home and explore the cities during the day. This house has one of the greatest kitchens I’ve ever seen, as well as a propane grill on the porch. What really put Tyler‘s place over the top for me was the little considerate touches he adds to each room. Whether it was kleenex, q-tips and makeup remover in every bathroom (which obviously we didn’t need 🤣), plenty of books and games, or a jar of coffee and sugar… this place has it all! I couldn’t recommend this listing more!!

We loved this place! Beds super comfortable, kitchen with great appliances and very well stocked with cooking essentials. Parking was great, big enough for our Van. Host was very responsive. We would stay again!

Great stay. The home itself was big enough for 6 adults to stay there comfortably, and the rooftop balcony was perfect every morning and evening. Close to major DC attractions. Michael was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed him as well. Highly recommend if you're looking for a stay in the DC area.

Excellent first Airbnb experience! Space was exactly as described and impeccably clean. Located in a beautiful, secure, quiet neighborhood directly across from a park... so pleasant hearing kids playing while heading out to our car instead of typical hotel noise. Daisy and Steven were fantastic hosts, responsive, friendly, and thoughtfully checked on our comfort without being intrusive. Great amenities including off-street parking, EV charger, coffee bar, snacks, and welcome wine. Clear instructions made everything seamless. Would definitely book again - highly recommend!

The location of this unit cannot be beat. It's a short walk to virtually all of the monuments, museums, White House, and the Capitol Building. The unit was spotless, everything worked, and the building has some great amenities like a pool and exercise rooms. I wouldn't hesitate to use this unit in this location for another trip to downtown Washington DC. The available parking, in the building, makes it a great spot to just leave your car and spend the rest of your trip on foot.

We spent 4 days site-seeing in DC and Lily's location was perfect, being just off the Richmond Hwy it was easy to get to by car. We paid an additional fee for parking under the building which was well worth it given the convenience. The Crystal City Metro station, with both the Yellow and Blue lines, was a very short walk away and could even be accessed via an underground walkway system just outside the building. Also just a block or two outside the building was a movie theatre and several bars/restaurants. Having breakfast on the 14th floor balcony was a great start each morning before heading to Metro to start the day's adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Cute & spacious boho apartment. My family of 5 was very comfortable inside. Metro & restaurants were close by (5 min or less walk). Free parking pass was great. Currently there is a lot of construction happening in the parking garage and on the street but it wasn’t too loud and once you got used to the few streets that were closed it was easy to drive and walk around the neighborhood.

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

Wonderful! Communication was very responsive and helpful. The apt fit our needs perfectly. The parking , fitness trails, high ceilings, washer/dryer, quiet space and amenities are specific things that will bring us back to book again.

What an amazing place and location! Perfect everything. So cute and comfy and clean with everything you need. Fadi was so responsive to messages and very friendly and accommodating. Beds are so comfortable and linens are luxurious!! Perfect location to all things DuPont Circle and DC. Willard is a beautiful quiet street. Can not recommend enough!!

We enjoyed Lucie’s place very much, it was clean and comfortable and a great location in DC. Three of us were very comfortable in the apartment and it had all the amenities we needed and lots of storage space to us to unpack for a week long stay. We could hear footsteps from the neighbors upstairs but that’s life in the city and was not problematic. We would happily stay here again.

Very charming little place! Walkable for many local bites to eat. Lots of e-bikes and e-scooters nearby to rent for a further commute. Parking was the hardest obstacle, but I think that’s expected in this area.

This is one of our favorite streets in DC and staying in Andrew's place reminded us just how much we love it! It's quiet and peacefull but with a few steps you find amazing restaurants, shops, DuPont Circle, famers markets and more! We stayed for Pride weekend and it was the perfect, cozy spot to get away from the crowds, cool off, and relax while people watching with our pup out the big beautiful window. :)

The place was excellent! Way bigger than we expected and spotless. Everything we needed was there. Mark responded so quickly to everything and was super friendly. He even was flexible with an early check-in at the last minute. Neighborhood is really great with lots of street parking most of the time, and we were able to walk to see all the tourist attractions DC has to offer (though we opted for the scooters the second day - definitely recommend that as well!) We will absolutely be staying here again next time we’re in the city. Thanks Mark!

Recently restored, well-appointed, impeccably clean townhouse apartment in a lovely, leafy DC neighborhood. Excellent restaurants within a couple of blocks, U Street nightlife and Howard U. academics an easy walk, and downtown DC not all that far. It's on a pretty busy avenue but the bedroom is toward the back and the windows high-quality so it's not loud. We paid for the parking space, which was worth it for us albeit a pretty tight squeeze (you probably don't want to try to park your Escalade there). Devin was a super-responsive host. Really, no complaints.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs—and this penthouse was easily one of the most beautiful. The space was peaceful, tastefully designed, and even better than the photos. Most mornings, I enjoyed quiet time on the private rooftop, which felt like a true sanctuary. The bed was super comfortable, and the entire space had such a calming, zen vibe. Janice was incredibly thoughtful in how the home was stocked. The only thing I needed to pick up was soap for the shower, but that was minor. I completely understand why her place is considered a gem. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a top-tier stay in DC.
