Our stay at Wetley Cottage was fantastic! The place has obviously been designed with care and thought in every detail! One of the most well stocked places I’ve ever stayed with everything you could possibly need! The whole cottage was very homely, cosy and comfortable. The outdoor areas had so many different options to sit and relax! Shetland ponies were an adorable bonus! Louise was so lovely and helpful! Even coming to tell us that the Northern Lights were visible! Plus many other super local recommendations! The place was private at the end of a lane. The surrounding nature was superb, we heard owls and saw many other interesting birds. I would recommend Wetley Cottage to all! Perfect in Winter and I imagine just as wonderful all year round!

Good experience. Everything worked. Great wifi. A quiet road 10mins from Moseley village and 15mins from Kings Heath high st. On road parking but felt secure and had no trouble. Great coffee shops and small independent eateries in both Moseley and Kings Heath so we had a great time. Easy travel to Birmingham’s centre and the new station should be open around the middle of 2025 making it a very easy journey.

Beautiful cottage in peaceful and stunning surroundings, spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything we needed and more! Decorated beautifully throughout with cosy log burner for colder evenings! Barbara met us at the property and was very welcoming and provided some great info on local walks, pubs and also provided some tasty flapjacks! Would book again without hesitation, everything was perfect! Thank you Barbara and Ray!

Fox cottage is the most beautiful home in a picturesque setting overlooking stunning views from every window! We only stayed for a weekend but didn't want to leave, it felt so homely and had everything we needed. The hosts Andy and Gina have clearly put in so much thought to the set up and every little thing you could possibly need is provided and more! It was so nice to have everything there already for my 2yo daughter (cot with mattress + linen, high chair, box of lovely toys, even toddler cutlery/crockery). Gina even left us out some chicken feed so my daughter could feed them in the morning and it was the highlight of her weekend! The hosts also saved us from a toddler meltdown when we realised in the morning we'd forgotten her breakfast cereal - a weetabix and porridge delivery within minutes saved the day! They truly do go above and beyond to make your stay as smooth as possible, would highly recommend and definitely return in future for another stay.

A hidden gem, within walking distance of the town. everywhere was spotlessly clean with comfortable furnishings and superbly equipped. Nick and Sarah are excellent hosts and left bread, milk jam and biscuits which was very much appreciated. would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family

We had a fab stay at Swiss Cottage. The house is very spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need. The views down in to Matlock Baths are stunning and we very much enjoyed drinking a cup of tea in the morning, sitting on the terrace in the sunshine. Glenys could not have been any more helpful, responding to any messages within minutes. Very good recommendation for Balti restaurant - delicious curry! Beds incredibly comfortable. House is lovely, warm and cosy. A wonderful weekend away, just what we all needed. Thank you!

Lakeview is a dreamy location, in a small Derbyshire village overlooking Carsington Water. It is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful countryside. Pamela was super helpful, always replying immediately. She was really friendly but not obtrusive. So privacy and peace and quiet was just as I had hoped! The cottage is well equipped and finished to a high standard. I particularly enjoyed the nightly log fires abd felt right at home. I am very much looking forward to a return visit soon!

This is a beautiful cabin, exceeded expectations and we had a lovely time as a couple with a dog and child. Perfect area for visiting local attractions and the hot tub is wicked! Very clean and have discussed about doing again. Would 100% recommend:)

Lucy was great - always responsive and helpful/clear with instructions. The place itself was fantastic, I was there with my wife, brother and some friends over New Year, and we were very comfortable. We had our dogs as well, who loved the garden! (Though note that the garden is not fully enclosed). We had a wonderful time - thanks Lucy!

This is a such a lovely house for a peaceful getaway. Perfect for groups as it's so open and spacious. The hot tub is such a good size for everyone to fit in, and was a bonus for our weekend. We had a wonderful stay at Anita's cottage. It was spacious, cosy and comfortable, especially the sofas! The hot tub and swimming pool were a huge bonus! The location was beautiful. Loads to do in the area. We particularly enjoyed a visit to Oak Moor Farm to see the Alpacas with Adrian and a lovely meal at the Jervis Arms. Both recommendations from Anita. Anita herself was an exceptional host. We arrived with a punctured tyre and she couldn't have been more helpful, even giving us a lift (twice!) to the nearest tyre shop. We were so grateful for her help so we could enjoy our break. 100% recommend!
