This is a simply stunning ground floor flat which offers immaculately presented accommodation all on the one level comprising :- lounge, well appointed modern fitted kitchen, contemporary shower room and double bedroom. Externally there is a wonderful well kept communal gardens to the rear which offer an ideal space for sunny afternoons. There is no off street parking. You can usually park in the same street as the property or down at the waterfront which is a 1-2 minute walk.

Situated in a quiet location within the original fishing community of the town, it lies close to many attractive bars, restaurants & traditional shops. It is an ideal base for the new V&A The flat had a bathroom refurbishment recently. We also have 2 bed cottage.
