Lovely slice of peace and tranquility, loved the view from the house and decking. Hot tub was nice to use in the evening. We were also visited by a deer, which was a bonus. 7 mins drive from supermarket to stock up and then make an escape.

View of the Danube, a beautiful and quiet environment, the beach is easily accessible on foot (about 15 minutes) and the house is very nicely furnished. Everything you need is available in the house, in good shape and clean. When we found that the washing machine was not working properly, Attila was immediately on hand and replaced it. A great service, thank you again! The property is fenced all around, which is very good if you have a dog with you. Taking the dog to the beach is also no problem, there is enough space and no one is bothered by the presence of dogs, everything totally relaxed. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, Aldi, Lidl and Co. can be reached in 10 minutes by car. If you have any questions, Attila is always available and extremely helpful.

We spent our family vacation in Hungary and stayed 10 days at Zoltan's house. The key handover went smoothly and we got everything explained by his parents. After that, we felt very comfortable, our daughter had many toys available and our dog was also welcome and felt comfortable. The house is well equipped and has everything you need for a vacation. The location was perfect for us. We thank Zoltan for the great time in Hungary and his helpfulness. :)

We had a fantastic stay in this home. We stayed for 10 days and it fully met the description. A wonderfully quiet neighborhood but Lake Batalton is easy to reach. We enjoyed all the extras such as washing machine, BBQ in the garden, 4-poster bed in the garden and a lovely private terrace for breakfast ! The kitchen was complete and equipped with every comfort. Nothing was missing. The supermarket within walking distance and the larger shops at 7 km by car, no problem. Recommended for multiple days.

nice house with garden in a quiet area near Lake Balaton. We were very well. To get there you have to follow about 50/100 meters more from where the Google Maps indicates, but Tunde was always waiting to help us. I recommend it to everyone

Great hosts, maybe can be a little bit more responsive when answering. Apartment is great, you have everything, clean. Even it is shared pool, sauna in working days you will be probably with one or two persons max. I recommend it

We couldn't be happier with our choice to stay in Lee's Villa and had the best time. The house was very clean, there's plenty of dishes and glasses and other kitchen utensils, so we had some nice cooking sessions. The best part of the location probably is the huge garden which does actually appear larger in real life than in the photos. If you've got kids and they've got a lot of energy, this is your place to stay. Or if you're with your friends and need some space for Flunkyball :) Huge shoutout to the host Lee as well. Communication was super easy with him and he was available pretty much all the time when we needed something. Definitely one of the nicest hosts we ever had. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Lee's Villa very much and highly recommend it to other travellers. Especially those, who are looking for some calm place in the nature. One thing though: don't plan to drive there in your new Ferrari - the "road" leading to the Villa is extremely bumpy and dirty.
