Monthly Rentals in Dublin Bay

Monica was an excellent hostess! I'm really sad that my stay wasn't longer. Monica was so kind and picked me up directly from the train station. She had lots of helpful tips for me. I felt at home from the very first moment. The accommodation has everything you need, I was even able to do my laundry and had my own space in the fridge. The room is small but nice, I slept very well (the bed may be too short for people taller than 1.85m). Access to the city is good (DART station 8 minutes walk away) and there are many great hiking trails. Very safe environment, suitable for solo travelers! I really enjoyed my time here and would be happy to stay here again in the future. So all in all: TOP

First I want to apologize. When I booked this place I was looking for a place with free parking and this is the only place I could find. But my requirements changed and I did not need parking. Also the host provided valuable advice in returning rental car in 1 day and saved me 120 Euros. Also she provided me hot water timely for me to make coffee.However I do want to say this that BnB in Airbnb stands for bed and breakfast. Without BnB there is no Airbnb. Not permitting cooking is different from not having a hot water pot in the room. Especially when this is a gated complex and nearby eating place is 15 mins walk. It is in Airbnb's interest so their business model survives to ensure that hosts provide some kind of appliance to make coffee or tea even if they are not permitting cooking.

Daniel’s place in Dublin was a great find. From the moment I got there, he was super welcoming; he showed me around, gave some great local tips, and was clearly always working on keeping the place in top shape. You could tell he takes pride in it. The house itself was exactly like the photos: spotless, cozy, and well-kept. The neighbourhood is a quiet, scenic area that feels super peaceful and is very walkable. It’s also close to UCD if that’s on your radar (I was attending a conference there and went back and forth with ease). I’d strongly recommend staying here. Between the host, the location, and how well-kept everything is, it’s a solid choice.

Marie is a welcoming and attentive host. She met us when we arrived and showed us inside, giving us a lay of the land and answering our questions. The place is in a quiet, lovely neighborhood and we had a very pleasant, relaxing stay there. Very close to public transit and we found it easy to make our way around the city. I would recommend staying here.
