What a lovely little place! The hosts were so lovely and responsive. Checking in was super easy and they even set the table for our arrival. The location is very central to Town Square - lovely restaurants and coffee shops within a few metres. The space had everything we needed and instructions were very clear. A bonus is that the apartment is right near the elevators which helps when lugging shopping or suitcases.

Beautiful new apartment with amazing view over the seeside with stylish interior. I had very comfortable stay there with my little son and my mother. Beach was just in front of the building with free sun chairs and the private pool as well. The service was great with quick response. Rohit is such a nice and warm welcoming person. He made sure I know the key people in the apartment and walked me through the whole house to the details and made me feel like I was at home. since I travel for race events, I find this place very close and easier to commute to the race track. Now we have become friends than just Host and Guest. I would highly recommend Rohit's place for anyone who travels on a budget. Remember, you'd have a friend for a life. Thanks a lot Rohit!!

Great location! Close to all amenities and the marina and JBR district! Perfect for strolling and enjoying with family and adults The apartment is clean and identical to the photos, the space is nice and the beds are very comfortable! The host was responsive and good advice and guided us well throughout the stay! We made the most of it and will return to this apartment for our next stay in Dubai!

I really liked the place, space is much better for 3 pax with extra bed. Location is also very accessible,close to bus stop, even Bathroom and kitchen also were good & clean. Finally Usman is a nice host though.Keep it up the good work.

Very close to public transportation. Convenient that there’s an additional half bath especially when there’s 4 people. Host is also very responsive when I reach out to them. Highly recommend!

Khan is an excellent host. Super responsive and attentive, gives excellent recommendations of surrounding area and went out of his way to make me feel at home. the apartment is in a superb location, very close to the Boulevard and has a great Sea facing balcony. My time here was so good that I ended up extending my stay multiple times - would highly recommend this apartment and host.
