Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

It offers easy accessibility by car, bus and train (approx. 100m). The grocery store (approx. 20m) is open daily in summer. Just a few minutes' walk away there are free beaches with changing rooms and one with a snack bar. Wörthersee Plus Card with beach resort package included.

Vacation on the sunny side of the Carinthian Rose Valley. Small but fine vacation home with separate entrance for 2 people. The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. Studio Ahoi is one of three apartments in our guest house. Quietly located, it is within walking distance of the town center and Lake Wörthersee. The studio is about 25 m² and can accommodate 2 people with a double bed, kitchen and balcony. The eclectic mix of maritime theme, antique furniture and modern art make the studio truly special. Our bar for coffee and drinks is located on the first floor. The large garden is available for all our guests.

Take a vacation at a beautifully renovated 120 year old stone house. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and the 6000 square meter plot borders with 3 sides on a fairytale forest. The house is centrally located in Carinthia and only about 3 kilometers from the Velden West highway exit and Lake Wöhrtersee. In the garden is a garden bungalow that can also be used. In the house, there are 2 residential units, each with a parking space.

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.

My apartment is simple but cozy and offers enough space for 5 people. It is very quiet and it has everything in it that makes the vacation pleasant. The beautiful Lake Hafner can be reached in 20 minutes on foot via a forest path! Lake Keutschach and Lake Wörthersee are minutes by car.
