This is a tranquil haven. The deck looking out over the private mini-forest is a wonderful place to spend a long summer evening. The only sound is birdsong. On one of the afternoons we even had a pair of squirrels playing in the treetops. From a comfort perspective the apartments are really well designed. Kerstin really has thought of everything in terms of layout. I also appreciated the uncluttered design. The only thing to be aware of is that this is about a 20-25 minutes walk from the RER B station and it is steep towards the end. I enjoyed the walk but if you are not reasonably fit then it would probably be a challenge.

A lovely little cottage, just big enough for our family of four to have a private bedroom each. Very close to the RER and easy access to Paris. Friendly and helpful host who was more than happy to give helpful hits about the area.

The three rooms are similar in size and environment. The kitchen facilities were good for cooking, and there was a dishwasher, so I used it conveniently. The neighborhood was quiet and secluded, so it was good to relax, and it was convenient to use public transportation.

Very well located apartment, 5 min drive to multiple amenities, 20 min drive to Versailles. very quiet environment. The cleanliness of the apartment is suitable and super bedding "slept too well" Host is responsive and very friendly.

A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

Kate was incredibly flexible with check-in and gave us the apartment first thing in the morning, which was extremely convenient for us. The location is unbeatable: surrounded by cafes, bakeries, bistros, a supermarket and a pharmacy, all within walking distance. In addition, less than two blocks away is the RER C station that connects Versailles with Paris's main tourist attractions, and about six blocks away is the regional train station. Something to note is that the apartment does not face the front, so there is no noise from cars or street activity. For us, it was important to rest after intense days of sightseeing. The apartment was spotless, everything was clean and in excellent condition. He also left us kitchen, bathroom and cleaning products, a detail that made our stay even more comfortable. A great experience. I definitely recommend it 100%.

Well appointed accommodation with all the necessities at your disposal. Comfortable bed. Very large windows bring a beautiful brightness. Easy street parking. The directions provided are very clear and easy to follow. Value is fair. Our host was very responsive during our stay.
