Very stylish and realized in collaboration between architect / interior designer / furniture designer (sofa bed!) with separate shower room, 31 sqm of living space, separate, private entrance and access to the barrel sauna. All furniture as individual custom made, kitchen countertop and dining bar concrete/ woodworking/ epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel technology, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space situation.

Hello ! I rent a 54m² attic apartment (2nd floor) with large balcony and views of the Lugberg and with good visibility to Saxon Switzerland. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 persons and is fully equipped. It has 1 bedroom (double bed) and a living room with TV, sitting area and a sofa bed (1.40 x2m). The kitchen has a stove, microwave, sitting area and includes everything necessary for cooking or baking. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a WB and a shower.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area in close proximity to a natural swimming pool suitable for both children and adults. The house is on the border of the Czech Switzerland National Park and within a short distance to the towns of Děčín/Česká Kamenice. The place has an extensive garden with barbecue facilities, relaxation and outdoor seating outdoors. At a distance of 4 km in the neighboring village there is a beautiful 9-hole golf course.

Our large holiday home is located directly on the lake and offers space for up to 10 people to spend holidays with friends and family. The cottage was opened for you in December 2022. The quiet location of the house allows a homely atmosphere from the beginning.

On the ground floor there is either a large double bed or two single beds. A staircase can be reached by the slightly lower sleeping floor with another two single beds. A high-quality bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with the most necessary make this great tiny house an absolute feel-good place.
