We had a great experience with Sam and the overall stay. I had some last-minute changes to our booking, and Sam was incredibly accommodating and proactive in helping us adjust our plans smoothly—his communication was quick, clear, and friendly throughout. The space is exactly as described in the listing: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s a cozy basement apartment. All the features—from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfy bed and living area—felt very intentional and well-maintained. Many little touches made the stay even better, like clear instructions, fast WiFi, and plenty of towels and toiletries. The location worked well for our trip. I'd recommend this spot to others looking for a quiet, functional place with a responsive and considerate host. Thanks again, Sam!

I’m almost afraid to leave an accurate review because this place is such a hidden gem I don’t want to compete when we try to stay here again. This home is so beautiful, well stocked, cozy, incredible neighbourhood, and I could go on and on. Ottilie was a thoughtful host with excellent communication and she opened her home up to my family. I will never try to stay anywhere else in Toronto! Thank you, Ottilie!

Amazing location for downtown. Right across the street from the Rogers Centre. Amenities were amazing. Our second time staying in this building and we love it. Katherine was a great host. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Thomas' place. He met us at check in, showed us the building, parking and any details we needed to know. He was very responsive, provided early check in, and coordinated parking spots for both our vehicles. The place was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Cal was an excellent host - always responsive and available to answer any questions. The location is great - close to union station and easy to access public transit with lots of restaurants within walking distance. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Lovely place , felt right at home . Crystal was very helpful and responsive, given it was a very last minute booking. The street was very quiet and so was the building itself . Very cozy getaway in the heart of downtown Toronto for an incredibly good price . Thank you so much for making our short stay nothing short of AMAZING !

Amazing stay! Julian’s place had neat decorations and art that made it feel like home. Great soundsystem and TV. Nice balcony. Very clean. Very happy with our stay. Would recommend!

Esther is a great host. She had excellent communication from start to finish and I felt comfortable reaching out. Her home was beautifully designed and spotless. The location is close to High park, public transportation, and walkable restaurant. The little touches were what made this house a home even just for the weekend.

10/10 perfect Air BnB, will most definitely book again next time we go down (especially for a concert), it was literally right across the street from the Roger’s Center which is where our Post Malone concert was. Oron is super descriptive on the process to check in/out and how to find parking, which as someone with OCD this was a blessing. Anything I needed or had questions about he literally answered within 5min! Also you literally get a view of the beautiful CN tower… jaw dropping! Bonus: that bed is hella comfy!!!

We loved staying at Ann-Marie’s place. It is HUGE! And there are many beds and bathrooms. A great place to gather. We didn’t use the backyard but it looked like fun to sit around the fire pit. Would highly recommend Ann-Marie and her place.

Good spot for a last minute overnight stay with my dogs! Great location. Overall things were reasonably clean but the whole place could benefit a good deep clean. There was quite a bit of noise periodically late at night (dog running around upstairs) that kept waking up my dogs and I when we were trying to sleep. Overall it’s a good place for the price.

The home was beautiful! We loved the decor and all of the characteristics of this historical house. The neighborhood was very safe, a 12 minute walk to the station of a 8 minute walk to the bus stop near aisle 3. The hosts were so friendly! They even had snacks and food waiting for us at the air bnb upon arrival. If you’re looking to get close to downtown without the hassle of driving this area is in a very good spot! We will definitely be returning, thanks again!

An amazing home meeting the needs of our multi-generational family spending a week together in the GTA to cheer on our daughter participating in a National sporting event. Listing is reflective of the gorgeous, clean home. We would definitely look to return should another opportunity present!

A great weekend getaway! We enjoyed the cozy, rustic atmosphere and the wonderful waterfront views from our cabin.

I picked this specific place because of location. But once I entered I realized the online pics didn’t do it justice. Perfect , modern, safe location and it was spotless in every room. My stay was long, 11 days, and the hosts responded immediately with any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Amazing views and great location! The place was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped. We loved the balcony. Access to the gym and pool was great!

My family had a great stay at Arjun’s place during our visit to Toronto. The condo is very well located with easy walkable access to many stores and restaurants, while feeling safe and secure in a large city. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Great communication with the host.

This place was absolutely amazing. It had everything you could possibly need and want. We enjoyed everything- the qames, pool table and darts. We wish we hadn't planned so much so we could make better use of everything. Thomas was very responsive and went out of his way to help when there was something we couldn't figure out. We loved being there and will definitely look to return if we return to Toronto

Amazing location! Just a 10-minute walk to both King Street and Queen Street, and about 30 minutes to the CN Tower. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. Since the building is older, we could occasionally hear footsteps from the unit above, but it didn’t really affect our overall experience.

Robert's place is in a great location, right next to the CN tower, aquarium, and Rogers center. He provides a binder of local recommendations which is really helpful. I would definitely stay again!

What an absolute gem of a house! I felt right at home and so relaxed with the cherry tree blooming in the back yard. Kathleen added thoughtful details and helpful instructions. The house was within walking distance of amazing restaurants, cafes and shops.
