Monthly Rentals in Downtown, St. John's

Anthony was the best!! Location was amazing. Anthony recommended local near by restaurants, pubs and even a great places to get “screeched in”. We had a lovely time in NFLD and hope to come back again one day soon with our children.

Our stay was just what we were looking for ,home away from home, perfect for 2 couples in downtown St John’s. It was within 5 minutes walk of our venue, (Mary Brown Centre)restaurants and bars. The place was spotless, had all the amenities we needed to cook our meals. The bed was very comfortable, each couple had their own bathroom. There are 3 levels and a patio on each level. A beautifully decorate space. Off street parking for 2 vehicles. We will definitely stay here again when we visit St Johns !! 10/10

The place was so cozy and private! The hottub with an amazing view of the city was definitely the highlight of my stay! I was travelling alone and felt safe! A quick walk to downtown! Host was very responsive and helpful!

Eli was a great host . The property was beautiful, well maintained and felt like home . I was a first time user and he made it very helpful and easy too . Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back .
