Monthly Rentals in Downtown Montreal, Ville-Marie

We stayed in Adam’s condo for a month. It was fabulous! We walked to amazing restaurants and pubs with live music. There are tons of shops on St. Catherine that you can walk to. Groceries are a 5 minute walk or 10 minutes in the opposite direction. The food was incredible in the stores and restaurants. It’s a 20 minute walk to the historic section of Montreal and it feels like you have entered a small European village with shopping and again - amazing restaurants. Adam’s condo was perfect. First of all- the view! You see the city line from every room and the terrace. The kitchen had everything you need. When I couldn’t figure out how to use the oven, Adam sent me instructions immediately. The bathrooms are luxurious. The pool is on the smaller side but hardly anyone uses it and it is heated. The hot tub felt great after a long day. There are community grills that we used. I can’t say enough great things about our stay! Highly recommend!

Daniel's place was fantastic. the instructions we supurb and the response time for questions excellent. I entered the wrong door in the building and got locked in a room and Daniel quickly responded and got me out. 10 out of 10 would visit again.

I stayed here for about a month The host was very friendly When I had a problem, I solved the problem very quickly, and when I asked a question, I was able to get a quick reply and friendly guidance. The house was very nice It was spotlessly clean and convenient. I was able to stay comfortably like my own home for a month The things to do were located close to the house, and I was able to enjoy great restaurants and cafes nearby. If I come to Montreal next time, I want to stay here again.
