Very quiet and beautiful surroundings

the house is beautiful, exactly like the picture. the only suggestion would be to have a regular maintanance , as some clients can damage a few things. for a example the sofa had stains and a strange smell that came from the toilet . but otherwise everything was perfect

The location of the property was great! easy access to the freeway. Every major attraction was about 20 minutes away. Which was great, as it takes longer to commute from within the city. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet. Got to enjoy the townhouse with its patio whilst having a nice cup of coffee with the great Dubai weather! The furniture was also very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Nestify Vacation Homes for their professionalism and easy communication. 5/5

Absolutely brilliant villa. Modern clean cosy beautiful bedrooms. Loved the furniture no expense spared. Great air con. Big garden with nice furniture. This villa has everything you need. Pool is modern clean and within 5 minutes walk. Restaurants and shops also 5-10 minutes walk. The host is amazing and very helpful and responsive. Missing hair dryer so they bought a brand new one and had it delivered. For the first time ever I left some belongings. As I had moved to my next location in Dubai they had them delivered to me which was over half hour away. If I visited again I would hire a car to get about. Well worth a visit. Thankyou

Stan’s villa was phenomenal. We stayed for a week over new year with some family (4 kids in total) and had a magical time. The bedrooms are all en suite, the living areas are wonderful for everyone to ‘hang out’ in, and we loved the bbq, pool and garden (the small kids also really enjoyed the play room!). It was a very special and luxurious stay. The location is fantastic - it felt like the whole of Dubai was accessible within 20-30 minutes, and neighbourhood itself was delightfully quiet. We highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay at Rony's. Rony was very good at responding. ******I suggest a check on a map for Damac Hills Mimosa to get a more accurate location than using the map option on Airbnb. ******* For the two of us, there was plenty of room and privacy. It was a comfortable space in a more suburban setting. The kitchen had good amounts of crockery, pots and pans. There's a local store about 20 mins walk that has all the basics. The property is a bit remote. Depending on where you plan to visit, you may want access to a car. We used ride shares and it got pretty expensive to get around. Overall it is a good property with all thebasic needs for a restful stay.

Villa in Springs is really nice in a very peaceful part of Dubai. Surrounding area is nice for walks, there is also a pool and some playgrounds for the kids. Would definitely recommend

This house is beautiful. I stayed here for 2 months and I loved the house and the area as well. There are a lot things to do in the area as well. So for the future if someone is booking this house they will have a wonderful time while living here. Zilola was always there to help with anything if needed and I’m sure she will do the same for future tenants as well.

If you're thinking about living in the Arabian Ranches or Sustaintable city area, this Serena community is a great alternative. I lived her for 2+ months. and it's a very quiet area, you need to get used to driving, though, which is very common in Dubai. I had some small issues which were fixed quickly and overall, the villa is in a very good condition with quality AC and mid range equipment and furniture. The host was welcoming and available even while I was checking in at midnight, very rare but super positive. Thank you.

Beautiful and cozy villa, close to Dubai Hills Mall and the owner of the villa is very, very cooperative.. I will return the visit again
