Nestled in a tranquil spot 3 blocks from Pearl Street, this crisp, minimal pad blends tan leather with rugged wood and an Aboriginal paintings. Kitchen/Dining/Living Room: This brand new abode offers an open kitchen, living and dining area with contemporary finishes, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors throughout. This is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook the yummiest of meals. Afterwards, enjoy a glass of wine with friends and family while sitting around the gas fireplace. Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms on the second level. The Master Suite has its own bathroom, a king size bed and a large closet for storage. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, desk, chair and monitor, making this a perfect spot for those traveling for business. Both bedrooms open onto a deck, overlooking the property. Bathrooms: The first bathroom is on the lower level of the home when you first walk in. It has one sink and walk-in shower, and is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap and clean towels. The second bathroom is part of the master suite on the second level. It has 2 sinks, a walk-in shower and is, of course, fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer and clean towels. Roof Top Deck: This is my favorite part of the home, with an incredible 500 sq. ft. roof top deck with stunning views of the Flatirons Mountains! The patio is bright and sunny during the day, but hang out on the lounge furniture before you hit the town and watch the sun sink behind the mountains. Parking: There is one dedicated parking space in front of my garage that is yours to use. Street parking is also available. I’m always looking forward to hosting great people. I am always available via phone and email and if I am not in town you will have the number of someone who is local incase you run into any issues. This urban oasis is set back away from the street in a quiet area by the creek, yet just a 5-minute walk from Pearl Street, the creek path, and a farmers' market. Restaurants, bars, music venues, parks, and entertainment are all also close by. You are about a 5 minute walk to the bus station which will take you to and from the airport, downtown Denver or other parts of Boulder. You can also use the bike lanes to get around town and everything downtown is just an easy walk. If you are thinking about doing hikes or spending time in the mountains I would highly recommend renting a car.

The view was beautiful, especially the twinkling Boulder lights at night. The house was very convenient for all our activities at Rocky Mountain National Park and dinners in Boulder. We also had a much needed rest day at the house.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It’s wonderful! 9 deer in the yard hanging out and resting! The views are peaceful and beautiful! The kitchen has everything you need and the design of the home is very cool. The one drawback is the beds are hard. Initially, they feel like they are TempurPedic, but your body doesn’t melt into them. A quick fix could be memory toppers. The sheets are great, and I’m a sheet snob! That is my only critique. Faris is lightning fast responding and incredibly accommodating! It’s been a great find!! The kitchen is so big to allow room for people to move around-great, big island! Thank you, Faris! You are an awesome host!

We had a great stay at Tim's place! We spend a lot of time between Golden Gate Canyon State park and Nederland/Rollinsville, and his place is perfectly situated in between all those! Loved the space, beds and couch were comfy as well. Tim was responsive if I had a question. Would love to stay again when we are out here again fall of next year!!

Sonja was very accommodating and helped us out when we were stuck in Idaho Springs with car trouble. The place was perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs especially because we didn’t have many options. If you will be traveling with your dogs just know that the yard is not fenced. Beautiful views and a very comfortable bed. Would stay again.

I had a wonderful 2.5 week stay at Sandra's place on the lake. I used to live in the area, so I was familiar with a lot of things. She was very friendly and responsive and answered texts immediately. The place was very comfortable and clean. Perfect for a lengthy stay. She even had a very comfortable Murphy bed in the living room as an added sleeping space when two of us were there. The available laundry area was much appreciated. Oh, and the extra little starter-pack goodies (snacks, dish soap, laundry soap, flip flops, etc.) were very thoughtful. It was a safe area too. I will be back!
