Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Downtown Atlanta

Matthew’s place was our home away from home while we were in Atlanta for 10 days. It was very clean and homey. We appreciated the desks for remote work and walks in the park-like neighborhood. Matthew was very friendly and accommodating. We’d stay there again!

What a beautiful home and area. From check in to check out we had the best experience. We would definitely stay here again in the future when visiting family.

My family and I stayed here for a mix of business and family time, and honestly—it was amazing. The house is so beautiful, clean, cozy, and just has the best vibe. You can tell the hosts really put a lot of thought into making sure all types of travelers feel welcome and taken care of. Whether you’re on a work trip, traveling with family, on a couples getaway, or just need a quiet solo escape—this place covers it all. They even had fishing poles (which I was so bummed I didn’t get to use), board games, music, cozy spots to relax, and so many thoughtful little touches. If you’ve got a baby or toddler, they’ve got you covered too. And that deck with the lake view? So peaceful. Perfect spot to just breathe. My daughter was obsessed with the little office/music area—she loves producing music, so it felt like it was made just for her. Even though my conference was about 30 minutes away, I didn’t mind the drive because coming back to this peaceful, tucked-away home was so worth it. There

This is a good location to stay at when visiting McDonough as it's centrally located to the square and the two other parts of town with more franchise businesses. The house is spacious and offers room in the kitchen to cook a nice meal and the three bedrooms are nice. The ability to park in the garage is a nice option as well since the pitch of the driveway is steep and challenging for some folks to walk on.

My family and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. Seyla also went above and beyond to facilitate our needs. I will definitely book with her again in the future. Also, she is very responsive to you and that's a bonus. Thank you again Seyla. You will be hearing from me soon.

This house is spacious and beautiful. The host was very responsive.

Alicia went over and beyond. This is the third time my family has spent approximately a week at this location. Without me telling them, they saw the ages of my children, and made sure there were pack and plays set up for the baby in two separate rooms. The house has a great location, and is cozy, you will feel right at home. My children love the spot and see it as a home away from home at this point. I have used AirBNBs for years, but will continue to use Alicia's spot. If you have children I highly encourage this location.

Natt's place was everything we expected it to be. peaceful neighborhood and location was in mind with some of the things we were attending. Natt is a great host. She's very responsive and proactive in checking in to make sure all is well. plenty of parking and no issues with any neighbors, seeing as though it's a townhouse community. We would be willing to stay in places Natt is the host.

The BNB was super cute and cozy; exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive and helpful with any issue. Great location only about 15-20 minutes to everything. The stay was great and I would definitely book again!

Cozy & clean. It was convenient to a concert we went to at the Coca Cola Roxy and was perfect for our overnighter.

This was my FIRST time using Airbnb so I was SUPER nervous. Marcela was extremely helpful, flexible and responsive even before booking with answering any questions I had. The place is super cute and clean. There were games (my son loved that), a small wine collection, snacks, water and little amenities available when we arrived. The only issue I had which is out of the host’s control is there is a lot of construction in the neighborhood so it doesn’t look the best but you can see the potential. Also, a neighbor is another house next door loves playing his music. Sometimes I enjoyed it because I love a good music break and he had good tunes but it was loud and started at 9am. Overall when I’m in ATL again I will be using one of Marcela’s homes. Definitely worth it.

This was a charming unit in Midtown. Accessible to neighborhood amenities and restaurants. Great location if you are in ATL for a show or sporting event.

Very nice condo located near shops and restaurants. The common areas, pool, exercise room, etc. were top notch.

Zakeus’s place was perfect for us. Perfect location for visiting family in midtown, walking distance to fantastic restaurants bars and the park. Everything was very clean and as pictured. Great parking and easy to walk dogs on the quiet alley. We’ll definitely recommend and stay again!

This Was One Of The Most Amazing AirBnb Experiences Ive Ever Had. Our Host Extremely Understanding And Hospitable. The Place Was Completely Amazing From The Drive through The Gates Up To The Point Where You Lay Your Head Is Almost Nostalgic. The Bed Was Comfortable, the Place Was Extremely Sleek In Design and Very Clean. Did I Mention The Community Was Very Nice! We had to cancel our other Airbnb due to safety reasons and false advertisement. We were left stranded! We Explained To Our Host about our Situation and She accommodated us. Ms. April was A Blessing And Made My Surprise Birthday Catering event. Even That More Special With Her Great Attitude. This Air Bnb Was A Deal For Such Low Price But To Be Honest VERY Underated! This Needs To Be Corrected And Given ALOT more Value Based On The Quality Of This Host Property. I would Definitely Book Here Again And This Was A Moment In Our Lives We Will Cherish Forever! Thank You!

Molly’s place was perfect and neighborhood ! We were even able to walk around the neighborhood to do our daily healthy walk. Everything seem clean, safe, unavailable Molly response time was also impeccable.

This home was perfect for our multi generational family trip to the Atlanta area. The home is in a very high end and beautiful neighborhood of expensive homes. Rod had clear instructions for our arrival and the home was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and there were enough seating spots for our large group. We were very very satisfied with our stay and strongly recommend Rods place to anyone.

This villa had everything we needed. Sara was very responsive with any questions I had. The pool was perfect and I would definitely recommend heating if you travel during cool months. The home is spacious & very accommodating for a family gathering!

This was the best home to celebrate my birthday. The home was inviting giving my guests and I enough room to be together yet have our own space. Everything about this house was perfect. I would definitely love to rent it again! The owner was kind and helpful at every turn. I can not thank him enough!

We stayed here for a family Christmas gathering and it was just right! There are 4 bedrooms/2baths upstairs and another bedroom and half bath downstairs. Nice and spacious gathering areas perfect for our family Christmas. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water available. It is located alongside 2 busy streets so there was some traffic noise. However the location was perfect for us and was easy to get to various sights/museums/etc.

The home was wmmaculate. The pictures don’t do it justice. The home was clear and decorated perfectly. Enough beds for everyone, even came with a crib. The outside area gave just the right vibes and the sunroom/hottub area was EVERYTHING . Perfect setup for a perfect date night at home. 10/10 would recommend and definitely would book again. Worth every penny!
