Antoine and Angélique are very good hosts. We were very well received. We got along well, they were very friendly, polite and kind! The house is very well arranged, it has everything you need. It enjoys an incredible view that you never get tired of, from morning to night. The turquoise blue of the lake blends perfectly with the green of the surrounding nature. Near the lake, the esplanade of the lake is very pleasant, Aix les Bains and very pretty villages to visit such as Chanaz. Many good restaurants nearby. We had a dream stay! We also enjoyed the bouquet of flowers and the candies. 👍 Thank you Angélique and Antoine, we will definitely come back to see you.

We had a great stay in the Annecy area, the house was perfectly as described, very warm, functional and spacious, ideal for a group. We were able to cook, play, use the barbecue and enjoy the outdoors! Sylvain was very attentive and available throughout our exchanges, before then during the stay to advise us and guide us as best we can! Thank you also for the flexibility for check-in and check-out of the house, we enjoyed it very much. We recommend unreservedly:)

SPECTACULAR. Our days at Xavier and Silvie's house in Menthon were sensational. My family of seven felt welcomed, happy and very relaxed. The house is super equipped, clean, well-kept and is in a prime location. Everything works really well. We used the whirlpool, sauna, cooked, prepared our supper and had a🎄 blessed Christmas at the house in the French Alps. They were delightful days, with an amazing experience that will keep good memories. Xavier is a super host and accompanied our stay with promptness and kindness. We couldn't have made a better choice. We were sad to say goodbye👋. The village is also a delight. We made good purchases of food, snacks, sweets and drinks. We took full advantage of the beautiful landscapes, we walked, we went to Annecy on foot, we enjoyed everything in many ways. It's worth renting a 4x4 car to climb the small ramp to the house, without worry. We'd love to come back. Everything was very special. Talk to you soon, Cris.

We all enjoyed our stay and the house was beautiful, especially the space afforded both inside and out. Chrystele was a very good host and everything went well. Not sure what more I can say. We would definitely return.

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Sylvie and her family were very friendly and great hosts. We thought that the house was even better than on the pictures. The House is beautiful renovated and nicely furnished. There is ventilation in every room, which made sleeping a lot easier when it was hot. In the house there is a big kitchen with everything you wish for, the fridge with the ice machine was a big plus at temperatures of over 35 degrees. The best part of the house is the garden. In the garden you have a lot of space and the pergola invites you to sit and drink some wine, play games etc. In Aix les Bains it is better to have a car so you can go up te mountains as well or go to Annency or Chambery. The stores and the city centre ar in walking distance (15min) as is the lake.

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The space was perfect. The environment is very quiet and very relaxing. The house is welcoming and family friendly. Jean-Christophe was very available, attentive and warm. Thanks for everything. The area is sublime, we'll be back!

Nice surprise to discover this spacious house near the lake, surrounded by tall trees, in a quiet area. Nothing was missing for our family vacation. Everything is within walking distance and there is a bus stop nearby to get to Annecy in 30 minutes. Very practical and safe outdoor facilities for children. We recommend waking up early, taking a walk along the lake, going up to the "Le Fournil de Mon Père" bakery, taking the time for a small coffee at the old port and bringing the croissants to the family who are waking up slowly...

We had a great time, the villa has stunning views of Lake Annecy. Amenities are as described in the listing, quiet neighborhood. Easy and very friendly communication with Laura and Lisa. We recommend this location!

This place was perfect. We were there for 3 nights and 3 days. Everything matched the listing. In addition, Maria is a great host, attentive to our needs and very responsive. I highly recommend this place and these hosts, they do everything to allow their guests to arrive in the best conditions.

Large villa with stunning views of Passy-chedde, the surrounding mountains and as a bonus a nice glimpse on the Mont Blanc mountain range. Everything was fine when we arrived, games available (board games, ping pong table...) as well as some buoys and air mattresses for the large blue saltwater pool. Close to full joux (starting place for hiking, paragliding) of Saint Gervais les bains, Chamonix... Even if we never found a barbecue😁, we thank the owners, with whom we had a wonderful time with the family.

We had a lovely week at Villa Armonia and the hosts were very amenable. The garden, hot tub and pool were great and a short drive to the village where you can find everything you need. Doussard beach a five minute drive. Highly recommend

We had a great time with the family (4 adults + 1 baby 11 months) at Hervé's. The listing is as described and we even found it better than in the photos. The kitchen is very nice open to the living room, equipped and functional ideal for us who made all the meals at home. The house is a 13 min drive from Lake Annecy, we were able to go there every day, but we were mostly able to enjoy the pool all day. I highly recommend this very pleasant place, in addition you will have the opportunity to connect with Hervé who is a super host, pleasant and who is happy to share the tips of his region.
