A large bedroom with a large 160 cm bed, then a second with 2 separate beds and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The living room and large bedroom are air-conditioned.

You will be close to the lake within walking distance and the paragliding landing area as well as the cycle path that goes around the lake . The apartment is in the center of the village with all amenities . A bus can take you directly to Annecy. Your vehicle may be parked in the condominium parking lot (parking closed by a gate) A balcony will allow you to enjoy the outdoors.

It is located near Annecy lake, with a view on mountains, less than 2 km from the beaches, on the edge of the end of the lake. The bike path around the lake passes at the foot of the house. Our stay went very well. The apartment is very well located and has a terrace that adds to the rental. Anne is a very responsive host to requests and gave us some great information. The place is quiet and relaxing with the lake nearby. We loved discovering Annecy and its surroundings. We highly recommend this accommodation and will not hesitate to rent it again if we return to the area.

This is a very nice house. It's a little smaller than the photos suggest but the layout is very good so we had enough space with seven people. The communication was good. The area is gorgeous. We were annoyed that we had only booked a week.
