Casa do Engenho is located in Braga, on the first line of the river beach of Adaúfe, considered one of the best river beaches in the country, where it is safe to swim, canoe/paddle, fish or simply relax. The observation of the existing fauna around the House (otters, real cattle, crayfish, etc.) and the old Moinho and Engenho de irriga (still in operation) make the delights of those who pass by here. The house dates from 1843 and, although remodeled, retains some traces of the time.
