The place is great, the seats on the patio were a wonderful and relaxing place to be. Definitely recommend anything else about it as well.

we were very pleased with the accommodations and amenities. Very impressed with Staci's attention to detail, providing everything we might need and more. There were dog dishes, doggie treats (including pup frozen treat!). Linen was upgraded. House was spacious with a delightful screened-in porch and great fenced backyard. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful and clean along with well organized. The kitchen was ready to walk in and cook as our son needed home cooked meals! The master bedroom was very comfortable. The house was secluded comfortable and quiet just what we needed!

Ashley's home was everything we expected. The house is on a large well landscaped lot with a wonderful view of the mountains. The home has a great kitchen with everything you might need for cooking. Firm comfortable beds and nice furniture for relaxing. While we didn't travel with children the bedroom with 2 twin beds and a crib looked ideal for a family with kids. Everything was neat and clean. Ashley always quickly responded to any questions so our stay was relaxing. We would recommend this home for anyone coming to the area.

Henry was an exceptional host! He provided everything we needed for our stay and was incredibly responsive when we requested additional items. Whenever we needed something, he brought it over right away without hesitation. His attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The house was just as advertised, very clean with all amenities necessary for a very comfortable stay. Definitely recommend it and will book again. Much better than any hotel in Douglas.

Very comfortable and peaceful accommodations. We loved the rustic, timeless feel of the place - remote, a little rough around the edges ( which we liked), private - yet spacious , nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Appreciated the fully functional kitchen with basic supplies provided, two bedrooms with comfortable beds, TV, very nappable couch, Wi-Fi and nice yard with trees , a pond , great variety of bids and even bird food for the feeders. A great place to unwind and relax or explore nearby Whitewater Draw nature preserve, Chiricahua National Monument or the cool old town of Bisbee. Justin was a phone call away if we needed anything. We felt right at home.

Our stay at Eric's Hoot Owl Cottage was absolutely wonderful. Such a peaceful location with views that are just stunning. Everything you need or want was available to us, and appreciate the very helpful instruction manual that Eric made for guests. This location is idea for accessing Bisbee, Tombstone, Kartchner Caverns in addition to all the other amazing places to visit in this area, like Ramsey Canyon Preserve. Don't miss this one. One of my favorite things about the cottage was its amazing shower.....very spa like and very much appreciated after a day of hiking. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you could want or need. And that porch....wow.....great to have coffee there or a cold beverage at the end of the day. The rocking chairs are so comfy. So much to write about, but suffice it to say that we will come back here to enjoy future adventures in the area, and thank Eric and his family for offering such a wonderful place to call home for our stay.
