I felt like staying in botanical garden of a size of a football pitch - amazing. Never seen such a big and maintained plot with various trees, flowers, swings, gazebo etc. Similar applies to the house - ground flooor provides spacious kitchen, bathroom and living space, followed by second floor with two bedrooms and bathroom. There's also big terrace with rocking chairs. We have found everything we needed in the house and kitchen, all the supplies, utensils etc. Finally we have found peace and tranquillity outside of city in between pastures, perfect just to chill and relax.

We just had a 5-day stay at Drew's apartment at Playa Grande. Absolutely loved the location, easy access in and out, walkability to the beach and restaurants, great room sizes, large deck, pool option, and excellent commucation from the owners. Definitely great value for the price!

This was by far one of the most beautiful AirBnB's we've every stayed at. It really felt like a mini resort. We had two families, and everyone was able to have their own room and space. Most of our time was spent in the gorgeous pool or in the outdoor kitchen. The pictures are accurate, but everything is more wonderful than the pictures. There is wildlife everywhere - gorgeous birds, geckos, howler monkeys down the street. The pantry off the kitchen protects your food, and we had no problems with bugs (we were told it was the time of year). We did have a couple of friendly birds that begged for food, but they were amusing to watch. The location, though remote, is in a gated community and was very safe. It was only a 10 minute walk to a beach that seemd almost private...not more than a few dozen people at a time on a beach that had to stretch for a mile. Do not hesitate to rent this place!!!

From the first moment, communication with the host was excellent: clear, fast and very friendly. The house was impeccable, well kept and with all the details thought out for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The space is as shown in the photos, and even more beautiful in person. Very clean and fully equipped. We loved how cozy it felt, ideal for disconnecting, resting and enjoying as a couple or as a family. The location was also perfect: quiet, safe and with easy access to everything we needed. In addition, the view and the natural environment were simply spectacular — a real plus for those seeking peace and connection with nature. It was undoubtedly an excellent experience, one of those that makes you want to repeat. I recommend it 100% and I would definitely come back.

This was by far the best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. The location was gorgeous and the rooms were amazing. The place was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds in the main house were a little hard, but we still slept well :) if I am fortunate enough to be back in La Fortuna, I’d love to stay here again.
