This beachside apartment was perfect for our family stay in Valencia. It was just a short walk to the beach and located in a peaceful, relaxed neighborhood. The apartment was well-equipped for kids, with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and stress-free. We especially appreciated the spacious layout and the safe, welcoming atmosphere. It was the ideal place to unwind and enjoy the sea after a day of sightseeing. We’d absolutely recommend it to families traveling with children.

It's a pretty nice house, it has ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. There was nothing missing. Having two kitchens is a tremendous PLUS. There are many board games, the rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. Julie's friendliness on the phone and Nigel's in person was PHENOMENAL. The house was super clean! The wind can be very strong. Thanks Julie and Nigel

We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! There were three of us in the accommodation for a week. It is clean and decorated with taste. Bathrooms and showers very clean, as well as the beds. It was also positive that there were two showers and two toilets, so you didn't get in each other's way. The terrace faces north/east and you can enjoy the sunrise very much. Now to a few small yet fine points: The kitchen is very poorly equipped for the kitchen. Basic spices such as salt, pepper and oil are not provided. Also drying cloths as well as a working pan (the handle of the pan is very loose and the coating more away than available). So it is recommended to increase the basic stock. In addition, there is no toilet paper to refill. The wardrobes are large but no possibility to put laundry, it is only possible to hang. The beach is just a few minutes away and there is a supermarket around the corner. We will be happy to come back.

House located in a very quiet urbanization and just minutes from downtown. The house is beautiful even better than the photos, it is not missing detail and with an incredible pool and surrounded by a very well cared for patio. In the backyard it has a garden furniture area with a jacuzzi that is a delight. The host always aware that all was well. In short, 10. We will be back for sure
