Apartment in the completely renovated old building from 1910, 3rd Upper floor, high ceilings, spacious bathroom, modern furnishings and parquet flooring. The apartment is located in the lively district of Flingern. In the vicinity there are a large number of cafes, restaurants and small stores. The nearest tram stop is about 150 meters away. We belong to the city center and therefore the resident parking regulations apply to us. If you are traveling by car, we will be happy to show you how and where to park.

Surroundings: - Walking distance to the Stadthalle (10min), Hagen city centre (15min). University of Applied Sciences Südwestf., Fern-Uni (10 min by car). Bus stops on site.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful district of Buer in Gelsenkirchen – close to the Westphalian University of Applied Sciences and the Veltins Arena. The quiet but central location with quick access to the A2 and A52 makes it ideally accessible. Shops (Lidl, Aldi, bakery) and downtown Buer are in the immediate vicinity.

We are happy to welcome you to our 2-room apartment. The apartment is 50 square meters and has a separate entrance to the street. In the living room/bedroom there is a 160 x 200 cm bed and a large TV. The large windows to the garden make it bright and friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped.

We rent a cozy room with shower and toilet with separate staircase access. The room is located on the 7th floor and offers a beautiful view of the city. The elevator goes up to the 6th floor. We live one floor below and will be happy to help with any questions or issues.
