Monthly Rentals in Dong Xuan

Excellent location in a traditional Old Quarter apartment. Beautifully clean and well kept, high windows, loft bed, additional doors for soundproofing and nice touch with the ear plugs as it’s a busy location. Amazing spot to people watch on the corner balcony and see so so much going on. Great instructions and helpful directions from Tran, such a good experience to stay in an authentic Vietnamese centrally located home.

I enjoyed my stay here so much, that I booked it again after I did the Ha Giang Loop! It was clean, spacious and the location was super central. It does get a bit loud, as the apartment is roght next to a busy streer, but that didn't bother me much, as Do kindly öeovided ear plugs;)

Right in the heart of the Old Quarter, Holly’s place is close to all the action. We loved being within walking distance of the lake and many points of interest. Holly was friendly and responsive. The space was comfortable and suited our needs for a 5 night stay. Would recommend!

It's a very nice condo—lots of living space, a big bathroom, and a kitchen area. Getting there from the airport is also very simple, just take the bus and get off at the last stop, the flat is right next to the station. The city centre is also close, it's walkable and has lots of shops, food places, and street vendors on every street. The host is very kind and responsive. If you plan to visit the city, definitely check this listing out.
