Vacation rentals with a patio in Docklands

It is very convenient to stay here with so much amenities around and right next to Southern Cross station, the location is also quite centralised so it is walkable to most places, Yvonne has been a fantastic host, making sure that we enjoyed our stay, she's also been kind and flexible to ensure our check in and out is smooth. To top it all off, the view is amazing! Definitely will recommend this place to stay in Melbourne and choose here again if we are back again.

One of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. I stayed for 4 days, with my husband and toddler. The apartment is immaculate, clean and spacious with every amenity and appliance you could need. Lovely linen and towels provided, all the basic condiments for cooking, tea and coffee and even a welcome pack of TimTams and a bottle of wine. The apartment is on the 68th floor of the building and the view is spectacular. It took our breath away! Many transport options and food options are only a step away with the trains, trams and buses practically on your doorstep making it very easy to get around Melbourne. The best part of all, the hosts are exceptionally responsive and friendly and flexible to cater to your stay. We will be back for sure. 11/10! Thanks again Heath & Alex 😊

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

I had a fantastic stay at Queenie’s Airbnb! The place was incredibly clean and tidy, making it feel welcoming from the moment I walked in. Located in the heart of the city, it couldn't be more convenient—public transport was easily accessible, which made exploring the area a breeze. One of the highlights was the amazing city views, which added a special touch to my experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy the best of the city!

5/5 mega stars ⭐️ Perfect modern apartment with gorgeous view in the heart of Melbourne. Clean, comfortable and well equipped for 2 adults and 2 kids. Loved the luxurious bathroom with washer and dryer and kitchen had everything we needed to cook up a feast including basic stable such as spices, tea, coffee, cling wrap etc. Most comfortable bed and sofa bed. Kids had the best time in the communal indoor pool and adults in the hot pool on level 7. We enjoyed our visit in Melbourne so much and are so glad we found this little gem. We will definitely come back to stay here for the Australian Open. The location is unbeatable as it’s walking distance to all the main attractions of the city and right in front of Southern Cross station and multiple other tram stations with cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. Bec was great in communicating with all our questions and needs and also allowed us a very late check out which was so kind. Thanks so much for having us and we will be back ❤

Fantastic apartment with everything you need! Was big enough for the 3 of us. It was immaculate and fresh. Location was very convenient and easy access to everything. Emma was fantastic with communication. Parking was a bit hard to find but we will definitely be back.

Shuang's place was a lovely stay! Amazing views from the balcony, very responsive host and no dramas with check in. The beds were comfy and the house had all the amenities needed

Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

We were pleased to stay local to where family and friends live in South Yarra. Lovely to be close to gardens and long walks along the Yarra River.

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! Our family of 5 had a great stay at Graci's home in Port Melbourne. Lots of space, great amenities, quiet location, close to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful spot to stay at if you’re looking to feel relaxed and at home after a day exploring, or even just to enjoy the home itself! Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean, we had everything we needed, the hosts were incredibly responsive and we were very comfortable.

Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.
