Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Docklands

The apartment is located in downtown Melbourne, in a very new high rise and was impeccably clean. There is a small IGA a few doors down and some good bars and restaurants close by, as well as only 2 blocks from the Southern Cross station and the river. Although it is relatively sparsely furnished, it has everything that we needed for a short break, and the gym in the building is much better than most hotel gyms. Chris was very responsive and allowed us to leave our luggage because our flight arrived in Melbourne early. Although it didn't impact us because we were out an about for most of the day, there is no TV (but a piano if you are musically inclined) and while the bed was comfortable, it was like a futon on the floor, so it may not be ideal for older people with mobility issues. The price was amazing for such a nice apartment on a high floor in central Melbourne, and I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Such a great place to stay in the middle of the high rises of CBD. An extremely nice place with amazing facilities and the most responsive host ever. Helped us out with everything and responded so quickly. We really enjoyed our time here, you can cook at the amazing kitchen or go out to taste the Asian dominated cuisine in the area. Overall an amazing stay. Thanks guys!

We loved our stay. Would normally stay in CBD but actually preferred this apartment because not only is it a lovely apartment with everything you need, it’s much quieter than cbd hotels (part location part sound proofing), plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, woolies and bws on the next block for supplies, short Uber to south Melbourne market for great fresh produce and deli supplies. Daniel and his team were great hosts, very responsive. Would happily stay again.

We loved staying in Carly’s air BnB. The apartment was just the most great space for me and my family with the most breathtaking views. We stayed for 8 whole days and it felt just like home to us. Carly was very responsive if I got in contact. The building has the most amazing facilities, with a lovely pool and sauna. As a guest you just need to take your key to reception to gain access. Would 1000% recommend anyone to stay in Carly’s apartment.

Patricia's apartment is by far the prettiest and most personal place We've stayed in. It is like a carefully curated antique museum to live in and we enjoyed every details of it. The area is located near the city center but also with quiet surroundings. Lots of restaurants nearby, and the supermarket is just 3 minutes away. The bedding was very comfortable with even 5 different pillow choices to make sure we could have a good nights sleep after a long day of sight seeing. We would definitely like to comeback to Patricia's place if we visit Melbourne again.

Fantastic location, clean, comfortable, thoughtful gifts, like wine and a litre of milk, chocolate biscuits! The beds were incredibly comfortable as were the balcony seats. Claire responds promptly and is extremely helpful in every way. We had an incredibly comfortable relaxing stay close to everything we could ever need!

Easy to access, close to CBD and various venues including free trams. Pleasant views and peacefull atmosphere. Ample room for short or longer stays.

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

This airbnb was so convenient! The ALDI was closer than I thought. The Korean fried chicken down the road next to the bottle shop there is also a huge recommmendation! Everything was so nice on this trip and was well worth the money. Thanks Brendan!

We had a lovely stay at this spacious home!! It’s also the perfect location with a quick walk to the train station. Jennifer was an amazing host and easy to contact for anything. I would highly recommend this place if you need a house with lots of room for a very comfortable stay😊

This place was amazing! From the moment I made the booking, Nicola was responsive and very welcoming to deal with. Nothing was missed and everything was taken care of from milk in the fridge to treats upon our arrival. The beds were comfy and the house was warm and stylish. We really had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to recommend staying there to anyone.

Stjohn’s house was the perfect 3 bedroom. It was in a beautifully quiet street and parking was very easy to get. We were attending an event at the Melbourne Showgrounds and this house was a quick trip down the road. Stjohn was a very accomodating host and the little extras he left for us were very much appreciated after a long drive. Our little girls were most impressed with the massive TV and the beautiful mural on the side of the home. Would love to stay again and would recommend this Airbnb to others.

House is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication with the host. My child left behind a motion sensor light under the pillow and we managed to retrieve it by texting host on communication channel. He even went to meet us to pass it back to us several days later.Thank you so much! ◡̈
