Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Dobbin-Linstow

Overall, we had a comfortable stay. There was plenty of space and equipment for our group of 11. All in all, we are very satisfied. A few notes though: A little more mosquito nets right on the living room windows would be helpful. However, I find the fact that you have to pay extra for bed linen and towels: This should be part of the listing and a matter of course. At least I don't want to do any AirBnB offer in the future Additional costs in the free text.

An absolute gem in size, we lacked nothing and we all had imaginable amenities inside as well as outside in abundance! :) In the fully equipped kitchen we were able to take care of ourselves completely! In the beds, thanks to the very good mattresses, we slept like princes & princesses :) Evening there is red deer to watch in the field opposite and tomorrows, at breakfast in the beautiful garden, we are greeted by cranes, a dream. The house is very cozy and stylishly decorated, my favorite was the conservatory, with its oversized sofa that invites you to dream, wander into the distance and devour a good book:) Christian and Elisabeth provided us with 2 bicycles, with which we could make 2 nice excursions. We stayed a few days over Easter with the extended family and just had a fantastic time!

A very nicely refurbished house: clean, comfortable and cozy. Good kitchen, bathroom and nice bed. You can walk into the woods from the house. The house is located behind another house, where tenants of Maja live. One of the renters welcomed us, that was all very neat. Our dogs were all welcome. We were there during the turn of the year, looking for some peace and not so many fireworks. That was a success.

All in all, a great Airbnb. We had a great time in the beautiful house and the communication was nice. Highly recommend!

A surprising discovery off the beaten track. Half of our group traveled by train and taxi, which is unfortunately still not fun in this region. But the house compensated for this with numerous direct and indirect contemporary historical associations, large rooms, a large meadow and plenty of peace. We felt very comfortable. A heartfelt thank you to the hosts who maintain the house with so much love and good taste.

Manfred's house is beautiful. He has furnished it with a lot of taste and attention to detail. We immediately felt very comfortable there. Especially from the 2nd floor you also have a great view of the small harbor. The nature around the Zerpenschleuse is very idyllic and a wonderful contrast to hectic city life. We will definitely come back. 😃

Great house for a nice time with friends or family. The garden is large and equipped with all (playful) niceties. We really enjoyed our family, birthday and Easter vacation. The 'Marktwirtschaft' in the village is absolutely recommended. Great service, delicious food and bowling, if desired. There are also individual small farm shops and a nice coffee roastery. ;)

We had a fantastic time at Thomas's place. The absolute highlight is the pool and sauna. Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable and immediately felt like we were on vacation. The apartment is very well furnished, stylish and thoughtfully equipped. You rarely find such an extensively usable kitchen with large pots, pans and cooking utensils for self-catering. We slept wonderfully quiet and comfortably. The view and location are charming and ideal for excursions directly from the house. Especially on cold days, we really appreciated the gas-powered fireplace and sauna. We thank Christin for the friendly communication and thoughtful service. Of course, we would love to come back anytime. All around a great place for any kind of break. We had nice relaxing days in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. The hosts were very nice and the communication in advance and on site was great. The place is super nice and is in a quiet location close to nature. The property is not fenced to the street, which may be important to know if you are traveling with a dog. The street is not very busy and the apartment is not directly on the street but is separated by an elevation. It was a great stay in the accommodation and surroundings and we can definitely highly recommend it:)

We had a wonderful weekend with your family. The apartment offers a lot of space to cook, play, chat. In the back rooms you can still sleep in when breakfast is already served at the front. The large garden with sauna is also great. The surroundings are nice for walking, but you definitely need mosquito spray, because there are a lot of mosquitoes. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back! Thank you for the great time!

This is simply the best AirBnb place I've ever stayed in ! The apartment really is well placed in front of a beautiful and tranquil fjord ! The restaurant is amazing, the owner was very friendly and food was amazing! I cannot rave enough about the location and how friendly the people are from the restaurant. Plus, if you have a car, everywhere in the island is very accessible only max 40min away. Very good location indeed. We hope to come back very soon !

We had a nice short and spontaneous vacation. Had the bikes with a number of km. A recommendation is the Mirow fishing farm, 2 km away from the apartment. Fireplace and wood available, in the middle of the nature conservation area. Dog 🐕 felt comfortable too. Highly recommended. Check out worked out perfectly, by arrangement with Erich. Keep it up.

The place is very tastefully decorated and as described. Good accessibility of the hosts and a great garden. The accommodation and the island are also highly recommended in the even colder seasons.

A beautiful, very lovingly decorated house. We were there for a team retreat and felt very comfortable. Everything very clean and especially the kitchen is an eye-catcher. Since we were there in March, we did not use the huge outdoor area. A picture-perfect property. Recommended without restrictions.

They were great days in a wonderful property. Simply outstanding! The villa itself, but also the surroundings are laid out in such a way that you "have to" relax. The immediate vicinity to the lake is only a small part. We especially appreciated the communication and personal contacts with Michael. Mega reliable and likeable. Thank you very much! Even the easily audible construction noise could not hurt the excellent overall impression. So we were already encouraged in the morning to not sleep too much of the vacation time if possible. 😉 As a conclusion, if you don't want to get to know this property with everything that goes with it, it's your own fault. 😊 We will be happy to come back.

We were with 9 adults plus baby and dog in the house and it was just very clean and we felt very comfortable and at home. The kitchen has great amenities and it is excellent for cooking. Check-in worked perfectly through a staff member and was really friendly ☀️ We will be happy to come back. 🫶🏻

Really nice house, in quiet natural surroundings. Maximilian responded quickly to the few questions I had. Definitely recommend!

The exchange with the owners was excellent, very friendly and always fast. For small questions, we immediately got an answer. Also the contact here at AirBnB was very nice, courteous and respectful. When we arrived, a very nice gentleman from across with the gate to the driveway helped us. The old house is enchanting. We rented the entire place for 8 people and there was more than enough space. The property can be used comfortably almost for a walk, so big it is. There are lots of seating and the whole outdoor area is totally clean and very well maintained. The terrace is great and big. We just added another table for the time being and could be outside so much and enjoy the tranquility. Really very idyllic/relaxing The house is huge and the bedrooms are very lovingly decorated with older charm. It took us about 10 minutes to get to the beach (Heiligendamm or Kühlungsborn).
